Blockfest Africa is living up to its nickname "The Superbowl Of Web3". Last year was a free event and it was filled to the brim. This year was a paid event and it was even more filled. Over 4200 tickets sold out before the conference. You all showed up and showed out.
One thing I know the team and i will never compromise on is to keep setting the standard and putting excellence first above everything else. If you want to know if @blockfestafrica had an impact and was a great event, ask those that were there for Day 1 and Day 2.

In real estate, an FCDA approval tag on a flyer is not enough reason to trust a company.
First, request the approval number or document. Visit the FCDA yourself and do your research.
This is where your lawyer becomes very important…
If you have millions to build, you should spend a little to do proper research!
Verydarkman has given a strong warning
Livebridge Properties and CEO Obinna Nwaneri have left many subscribers in pains and debt. He marketed plots in Abuja as FCDA allocation. Because of that tag, people bought from 2.5 million to 10 million naira per plot.
After payment he gave building plan, collected over 300k infrastructure fee, and threatened to revoke their allocation if they don’t move to site immediately.
About 70 people moved and built. Over 55 finished their houses, some even fixed doors and windows. Then FCDA marked the place for demolition and brought everything down.
Development Control told the subscribers that Obinna was never allocated that land and had no building approval. He fabricated everything to defraud them and it cost them a lot of money.
They are still sharing fliers. Beware of Livebridge Realtors or Livebridge Group so you don’t meet the same fate. The matter will be reported to the authorities.
