Hear me when I say that you can get away with almost anything in some urban black churches—and I mean anything—like this devilry, for example. This is LifeWorks Church in Cleveland, Ohio. According to its website (link below), the church is led by ‘Prophet Isaiah’ and his wife ‘Pastor Lydia.’ As you watch the video, listen to the applause Pastor Lydia receives from the congregation as she 1) acknowledges that she and her husband “are in a polygamous marriage,” and 2) introduces ‘Minister Shakayla’ as her “sister in marriage” as Prophet Isaiah's second wife. Ironically, on the About page of the church's website, you'll find that among its missions is to: love Christ through obedience in lifestyle. . . . through obedience in lifestyle. Yes, you read that correctly. It's on their website. This isn't a church, it's a cult. Just listen to how Minister Shakayla proudly bloviates about how their polygamous lifestyle is “blazing a trail" for others to follow. Blazing a trail indeed—straight to hell. May God have mercy on their souls. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked (in which the Greek verb for "mocked," myktērizō, means to turn up the nose or sneer in boastful defiance at); for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. - Galatians 6:7 (NASB) lifeworkschurch.faith/

Coach Tuberville I attended a meeting tonight for Shelby County republicans to meet with coach face to face. I told him the bull dozers are 80 yards from my property tonight. He told me he is still trying to work a solution with Alabama power. I told him tomorrow is the day!

"Can a Christian vote Democrat?" That’s the wrong question. Better one: Can a Christian back a platform that celebrates abortion and redefines male and female, then call it loving his neighbor? Scripture defines love. Not the party. Your answer?

In case you're wondering, one reason I've been posting infographics lately is that as more than 90 percent of black voters prepare, yet again, to vote for Democrat candidates, you won't hear or see any of them talking about such realities as this:

Driving home from Nashville a few days ago, the wife wanted to stop in Franklin to do a bit of Christmas shopping. Obedient to her wishes as I am, I make the detour and park. As we strolled along the square, I see an older man sitting alone on a bench. Being the sort who initiates conversation with strangers, I say jokingly: “You look like a man who is waiting for his wife while she spends his money.” He gives me a wan smile and replies: “I wish I was.” His voice cracks. “She passed away last November.” We stop. I extend a sympathetic hand. He shakes it and rises to greet us. Lauri asks him about his wife, and he tells us what a wonderful woman she was and of their 50 years of marriage. His eyes welling with tears, he says he comes to the square and sits on that bench daily to reminisce about her because it was their spot for decades. He seems glad to have someone, even strangers, with whom he can talk. We chat a bit longer, exchange numbers, and I ask him if we can pray for him. A believer, he readily accepts the offer. So, right there on the square in Franklin we pray for the Lord’s comforting presence and peace in his loss. We open our eyes and, at that very moment, a woman walks by hurriedly and reaches for the bench behind this fellow. Only I see it, and I think she might be stealing his phone which he had left on the bench when he rose to speak with us. I walk to the bench to investigate and see that she’s left a card, a little plastic dove glued on it, proclaiming the hope of John 3:16. I look up to see her far down the sidewalk, her brisk pace undiminished, placing them everywhere in her own evangelistic endeavor. God bless her for it. Lauri and I wished our new friend well and proceeded to shop. I bought a new vest at her encouragement — “It looks good on you” — and she bought some aromatic candles — “cinnamon vanilla.” But all the while we were thinking of this man and the seemingly coincidental nature of our meeting. The Lord had used us to visibly encourage him. I cannot tell you the number of times I have had such encounters simply because I spoke to a stranger: a taxi driver who told me someone had murdered his daughter; a waitress who cried when I told her she was doing a good job; a contractor who, just last week, revealed to me how the Lord had delivered him from meth addiction when I was sharing the Gospel with him; and a young woman who looked unsettled and I simply asked her what troubled her so. There are people all around you who carry secret burdens, and the Lord puts you in their path for a reason. Do you notice them? Or do you press on to “more important” things? Pray that the Lord gives you eyes to see them and the heart to minister to them. It will do you as much good as you do them.

“In Him” we live and move (Acts 17:28). “In Him” we have redemption (Eph 1:7). “In Him” we are heirs (Eph 1:11). “In Him” we were sealed (Eph 1:13). “In Him” we are built together (Eph 2:22). “In Him” we have boldness (Eph 3:12). We are nothing without Christ.

Every time I write about my interactions with Muslims, some people say I make these conversations up to sell my book. Well, this time, as usual, I decided to have a conversation with a random Muslim Uber driver in Manhatten, who is not an “Islamist,” just a normal Muslim, and show you what any honest Muslim who is not trying to deceive you or whitewash Islam believes. Watch until the end, because what he says in the last 20 seconds is the most important part. As I always tell you, Islam is a state that has a religion. That state has a constitution called Sharia, a foreign-policy doctrine called jihad, and frontiers that are always expanding. All Muslims must believe that Islam will eventually rule the world because that is what Allah and Muhammad said, and all Muslims must support this endeavor whether by hand, tongue, or heart. There is no such thing as Islamism. It is a Western construct used to whitewash Islam. The so-called moderate Muslims represent Islam just as much as a porn star wearing a cross necklace represents Christianity. Just know that if you vote for a Muslim for public office, then you are likely voting for someone who is on a mission to see Islam rule this country.
