As if the “Fake Dan Sullivan” Democrat cheating scheme in Alaska was not bad enough, we now learn that Peltola’s campaign lawyers & senior aides at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) in DC participated in regular conversations about the effort and even considered forming a new political party to draw conservatives away from the GOP, according to the New York Times.
In spite of Times interviews with a dozen witnesses to the scheme, the @MaryPeltola campaign is still denying involvement.
And Mary Peltola has yet to condemn it. That speaks volumes.

When the lawyers need lawyers, you know it's bad. Peltola has a LOT of explaining to do and I'm not sure there's much she can say to get out of it!

DOJ should investigate whether this scheme to deceive Alaska voters violates 18 USC 241.
If these Democrat operatives acted in concert to put a candidate on the ballot with the same name as the incumbent with the intent to deceive voters who support Sen. Sullivan into wasting their votes, that could be an illegal conspiracy against rights.

They called it the "ballot composition project."
DSCC aides brought in an Ohio operative named Jerid Kurtz. He reportedly made the pitch to would-be spoilers over beers, using a FAKE NAME.
A pro-Peltola super PAC paid about $87,000 this fall to a firm Kurtz co-owns.
Then a Dan J. Sullivan showed up on the ballot.
Democrats say they had nothing to do with it. The texts say otherwise.
