Why TigerMint? The Tendy team has spent enough time around TON to see a clear gap: creators have the art and the communities, but launching an NFT collection can still come with high costs, technical barriers, limited options and an experience that leaves collectors with little more to do than click “mint.” We decided to build a better alternative. TigerMint is a blind-mint NFT launchpad built on TON. It gives creators the ability to launch collections themselves, without code, while keeping control over their pricing, rarities, royalties and the way their drop is distributed. Collections can support paid mints, VIP and allowlist phases, free claims, airdrops and soulbound drops, with branded mint pages, Telegram integration, website embeds and API access available as part of the infrastructure. For collectors, the experience starts with the pull. The artwork and rarity remain hidden until the mint is confirmed on-chain, so nobody can peek ahead or cherry-pick the rare cards. Before the first card is minted, the collection is shuffled into a fixed order that cannot be changed after launch. The mechanism is designed so the distribution can be checked rather than simply trusted. Every pull results in a standard TON NFT sent directly to the collector's wallet. From there, it can be held, transferred, added to a Binder, or traded through TigerMint's built-in market. The experience is built around more than the initial mint: collect the set, find missing cards, trade duplicates and continue collecting. The economics are straightforward. Creating a collection costs 0.5 GRAM. Primary sales carry a 5% platform fee, secondary sales are 1%, and free claims have no platform fee. There are no subscriptions or listing fees, while creator proceeds settle directly to the creator's wallet in the same transaction as the mint. For Tendy Tiger, TigerMint is the infrastructure the team chose to build for the TON ecosystem. It creates a platform where creators and collectors can interact, launch collections, trade, build communities and generate activity around an ecosystem that Tendy is building.
