🚨 BREAKING: The US Treasury says FinCEN has issued an order cutting MEXC Global off from the US financial system.
Treasury alleges MEXC facilitated at least $16B in illicit transactions tied to Iranian, North Korean and Russian sanctions evasion.
US financial institutions are now barred from processing transfers involving MEXC.
Is this the start of a wider crackdown on offshore exchanges? 👇
Who is this bastard @bubblemaps ?
One of crypto's largest KOLs has been secretly extracting millions from his audience
We’ll expose him soon
Unfortunately, he’s just a symptom of a much bigger problem
Social trading has brought out the worst in KOLs. It was designed to keep them honest by making every trade public. In reality, the opposite happened
In just a few weeks, we exposed a number of "top social traders" using the same tricks:
• Public wallets to attract copy traders
• Side wallets to dump
• Callouts to farm rewards
• Bundled tokens to hide supply
And there are plenty more doing the exact same thing
Why? Because our industry incentivizes it
1) Launchpads allow it
Most launchpads today are obsessed with one thing: volume. Millions in callout rewards, affiliate links, and top leaderboards. Almost nothing on detecting bundles, side wallets, or shady traders. Scams drive volume. Launchpads have no reason to stop it (other than actually caring about their users)
2) Social trading incentivizes it
Side wallets have become a business model. Before social trading, only big KOLs could do it. Now, anyone who lands on a leaderboard can monetize by dumping on their copy-traders. The temptation is real
3) CT normalizes bundle culture
“Everyone bundles. It's how it's done" - an excuse we hear every time we expose a KOL. Supply control isn't the problem. Hiding it is. If it's so bullish, why hide it? Spoiler: because you're planning to sell
***
Launchpads are paying millions to dishonest KOLs. It's time they start taking it seriously
Audit the top traders. Expose their side wallets. Ban repeat offenders
We have the tools. What's missing is the willingness to use them
No one's coming to save us
I love X and these guys’ fight 😂
I want to add one more

JUST IN: 🇺🇸 $TRUMP coin crashes over 20% today as Democrats prepare to investigate President Trump's crypto ventures after winning control of Congress.
Note to history;
Never believe in this pump.
Crypto will dump hard.
Trump is really bad for crypto but democrats will be harder.
They love war and they hate crypto and privacy coins.
For me binance is not innocent. I don’t trust in them. The same scenario of the 10. October. Not again never again
Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We will share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified.
The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far.
Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete.
As an immediate precaution, Binance has:
- temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed;
- revoked the affected address authorisation;
- engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds.
Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice.
Please rely only on official Binance channels for updates. Please feel free to contact Binance Customer Support if you have any further questions.

The suspected Binance hacker may have just shown the real flaw in the freeze playbook.
Tether froze $1.5B+ USDT. Circle froze $800M+ USDC. Many are treating it like a win.
But the attacker also used stolen USDT as collateral on Aave and borrowed WETH against it. ~$44M. Small, but it's the point: USDT can be frozen. ETH can't.
And Arkham shows ~$1.5B in BTC and ~$900M in ETH sitting in that wallet. No issuer has an off switch for those.
Freezes only work on assets someone controls. Is that a feature or a loophole?

INTEL: Binance attacker is liquidating stolen altcoin holdings
- 1.2M UNI sold through Uniswap
- First PEPE sale reported
- $116M in ENA and wBETH moved to new wallets
- $88.5M in RLUSD transferred to new wallets
The attacker appears to be moving beyond wallet transfers and into active liquidation, potentially increasing selling pressure across affected tokens.
Crypto is never safe anymore. Binance is not just binance. It is the biggest and the hardest.
We need long time for bringing trust
Bad day? Put it in perspective.
Justin Bieber paid 500 ETH (~$1.3M) for Bored Ape #3001 in Jan 2022. Today it's worth roughly $12K, a 99% drop.
Sina Estavi paid $2.9M for Jack Dorsey's first tweet as an NFT. A year later, the highest bid was ~$280.
Your day isn't that bad.
I love Burj khalifa pull backs.
New story new destiny.
