Whitchurch Alport Football Club

❤️ PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD ❤️ We lost our dear friend and colleague @Wildym48 tragically earlier in the week so with the help of one of their close friends Clare Gloster-Twigg we’ve created a go fund me fundraiser towards his funeral costs, as we want to give Martin the best send off he deserves Any support would mean so much to us and make a real difference by helping us to take any further emotional and financial stress away from Jeanette and the family in these sad moments If you’re able to donate, no matter how small the amount, we’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation helps bring us closer to our target. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this post. Getting the word out to more people could make a huge difference. 🙏 Thank you so much to everyone who has donated, shared the page or offered their support. It really means a lot. #WeAreAlport🔴⚪️ ❤️ Donate or share here: gofund.me/d2d71a656

Today we said our final goodbyes to our club legend @Wildym48 It was an emotional and poignant send off for the great man and we couldn’t be prouder that so many people joined us and Martins family to say farewell for now to such a much loved member of the Alport family. It showed how much Martin was loved and what he meant to us all. Rest in peace brother #LoveYouWildy🔴⚪️

We’re into 5 added minutes of additional time here

83| It’s a double sending off here. Liam Armstrong has been sent off alongside Isaiah Beaumont for a bit of fisticuffs

80| DOUBLE SUBSTITUTION OFF: Ollie Holden, Matty Lay ON: Lennon Billingham, Grady Valentine

78| It’s Liam Armstrong at the double for the Reds with a long range shot that goes through everyone in the penalty area @alportfc 3 @TiviFCofficial 0

77| SUBSTITUTION OFF: Tom Allen ON: Cole Griffin

72| It’s Ollie Holden to double the lead for the Reds from another goalmouth scramble, but it’s down to great composure from George Carpenter who squares the ball to Ollie rather than shooting himself. Boy did we need that!! @alportfc 2 @TiviFCofficial 0

69| CLANG!! It’s great play from the Reds and the ball is played out wide left to Adam Hailes who’s lovely curling effort cannons off the crossbar @alportfc 1 @TiviFCofficial 0

If ever a 2nd goal was needed for us in a game, this is one of them. We continue to create but not take
