We’re excited to share several recent achievements in AI/ML by the Altos team in this thread, including an award for our Cleo Flow Matching Model and the presentation of two research papers at #NeurIPS2025. Congratulations to our scientists!
This achievement followed the team’s presentation at #NeurIPS2025 on scGeneScope, a multi-modal dataset and model combining single-cell RNA-seq and Cell Painting data to identify perturbations & mechanisms of action.
