i just learned that axolotls can regenerate parts of their bodies, including organs like their brain! surprisingly not the first time i’ve wished my husband was an axolotl.

in other news, today is my daughter’s second birthday. we sent all her aunties and uncles and cousins birthday videos this year and today they have been sending her videos back and she is so so happy. lucky girl to be surrounded by so much love 🥹
