This victory is just the beginning.
Now, we get to work building an Ohio where every family has the chance to do more than just get by — they can get ahead.
That starts with lowering costs, creating opportunity, and making sure every Ohioan has the chance to build a great life.
A new day for Ohio starts now.
Throughout this campaign, I've traveled to communities too often overlooked, listened to people who too often feel forgotten, and heard stories that deserve to be told. And I want every Ohioan to know: You will never be forgotten or left behind on my watch.
We had a great time visiting voters today in Columbus! You have until 7:30 p.m. to cast your ballot. And if you’re in line when the polls close, stay in line!
Growing up in Youngstown, I knew what it was like to struggle. I experienced homelessness and hardship, but I also learned the power of hope, resilience, and a community that believes in you. My story is proof that where you start in life doesn't have to determine where you end up.
Every Ohioan deserves that same chance. Not just to make ends meet, but to build a life filled with opportunity, possibility, and hope. To work hard and get ahead, to raise a family without constantly worrying about the next bill, and to believe with confidence that your children will inherit a brighter future than the one you knew.
I've seen what hope can do. I've seen how lives can change when people are given a fair shot.
I’ve seen how a self-serving billionaire will tear everyone down in his path if it means he’s closer to buying this election and this state.
But Ohio won’t be bought. When I’m governor, I will build a state where no one is left behind, where opportunity is within everyone's reach, and where every family has the freedom to dream big, get ahead, and build a brighter future for the next generation.
Polls are open until 7:30pm. Get out and vote.
Eric and I were proud to cast our ballots at our polling place this morning 💙 Polls are open til 7:30, Ohio!
The polls are open, Ohio! 🗳️
Lower costs. A better chance for everyone to get ahead. Common decency and leadership that puts people first.
All of this and more is on the ballot today.
Polls are open until 7:30 PM. Make your voice heard, Ohio!
You could feel the hope, the energy, and the belief that a brighter future for Ohio is possible tonight in Columbus. A future where families can afford to get ahead, our communities thrive, and public servants put people first.
Ohio is ready for a new chapter. And together, we can build a state where everyone has the chance at a great life.
Wittich's is one of Ohio's most historic businesses — family owned and operated since 1840. Such a pleasure to end our Promise for Ohio tour here in Circleville with amazing members of the community.
Tomorrow, we win.
Great stop at Hocking Hills Coffee Emporium - where we even met a newlywed couple who chose to honeymoon in the region.
When I’m governor, no community will be left behind.
Public schools saved my life as a kid. Every Ohio child deserves that same opportunity.
As governor, I'll fully fund our public schools, bring accountability to private school vouchers, and ensure no child goes hungry in the classroom.
Our kids deserve nothing less.
So grateful to visit with voters outside of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. We've got 2 days left! Make sure you're ready to vote on Nov. 3rd by visiting actonforgovernor.com/vote.
We had an inspiring morning at Cleveland's Antioch Baptist and Mt. Olive Baptist churches! Grateful for the warm welcomes, powerful messages, and communities rooted in faith, service, and love for one another.
As a doctor, I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people can’t afford the healthcare they need. No Ohioan should have to choose between paying their bills and getting lifesaving care.
Vivek Ramaswamy called Medicaid and Medicare "mistakes" that need to be dismantled — but I know that healthcare needs to be more accessible, and it needs to cost less. Period.
That’s why, as governor, I’ll fight to protect Medicaid and Medicare, lower prescription drug prices and insurance premiums, forgive medical debt, and crack down on surprise medical bills.
Getting sick shouldn’t mean going broke. Every Ohioan deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare, no matter where they live or how much money they make.
