🌈 Rainbows, pasta & smiles. Just some of the things our intrepid voyagers experienced last weekend onboard Brian Boru as they navigated the Bay. A big thanks to Aine for her work getting the 1st Port scouts out to sea & to our crew Jonny, Hugh & Cara who looked after them⚓️

🎉 We are delighted to be in attendance at the @NMCI_Ireland 20th Anniversary celebration. We are normally found around these parts when docking one of our sail training vessels but today, it's a more formal gathering to mark the brilliant work that goes on here.

We had some giants onboard Brian Boru last weekend. Ok maybe not giants, but this crew were not short of big personalities and we had plenty of fun with camera angels and some of Irelands lighthouses and ships. A big thank you to the 1st Port of Dublin Sea Scouts - Ringsend. ⚓️

⛵️ Last weekend we had 11 young people from the 5th Port Sea Scouts, onboard our vessel. The conditions were challenging but we pulled through. This weekend, we're taking another group to sea from the 1st Port Scouts. "The sea does not like to be restrained." – Rick Riordan

There must be something about that @Irish_Sailing crew, what a day!🌞 Yesterday we took the team from Irish Sailing, out on Brian Boru for a half day voyage around Dublin Bay. The weather was incredible, we managed to put up some sails, drank tea, took in the views & chatted.

16 years ago today, we lost an important part of our maritime heritage, the sail training brigantine Asgard II. Many of us at Atlantic Youth Trust were fortunate to train aboard Asgard II. We remain steadfast in our commitment to continue her spirit. bit.ly/4e1b1eq

⛵️Last week, we attended the Barrow and Furness Maritime Festival where over 5,000 people showed up. Excited children climbed onboard Leader and got a taste of maritime life. ⚓️ On the last day, Evelyn Corkrill snapped this wonderful shot of Leader departing.
