You've spent years building your brand.
Did everything you thought you were supposed to do.
Months of posting. Emails. Cold messages. Videos. You even set up an ad account and spent $500.
Nothing.
You expected your ideal customers to care.
You figured they didn't.
Some of them did.
I picture every customer at a red light.
Phone in one hand. Saw your ad. Clicked through. Found the product.
Apple Pay won't work.
Light turns green. Gone.
They didn't stop caring. They got interrupted. And nobody followed up.
That's not a lost sale. That's a reminder you didn't send.
Here's what we do:
1. Email them back within 1 hour
2. Show the exact product they were looking at, with the price
3. "You left something in your bag" with a link straight back to it
4. Trust icons: secure checkout, shipping, easy returns
5. A little 10% coupon to finish the purchase
Not everyone buys the first time. Not everyone has their credit card handy.
Assume the worst. They're driving down the road on their phone when they shouldn't be.
Make it stupid easy to come back.
What's the funniest reason you've abandoned a cart?

BRAND NEW CHATGPT ADS UPDATE!
Next week, they are going to start rewriting your ads.
And you don't get to approve it…
OpenAI is turning on "creative enhancements" by default for new and existing campaigns. It can write new headlines and descriptions, translate your ad, resize your images, and send the click to a different page on your site. All pulled from your ad and your landing page.
If your landing page is dialed in, that's free testing.
If you are sending traffic to your homepage and a vague headline, it’s going to fail and waste your money.
I'll be honest, my own ChatGPT ads haven't performed well yet. So before the switch flips, I'm doing 3 things:
1. Updating and making my landing page like it's the ad. Because now it is.
2. Picking on or off for each campaign in Ads Manager before Oct 29. Campaign settings beat the account default.
3. Writing down my current clicks, CTR, and conversions so I know if it helped or hurt.
ChatGPT ads only show to free users, so is this even worth it?

Google said this store made 1,310 sales last month.
The store had 250.
$50,000 a month on Google Ads. $40,000 back.
Number 1 on this list shocked me.
What was wrong:
1. Tracking lied. Purchases counted twice, and add to cart counted as a sale. So Google went hunting for cheap add to carts, not buyers.
2. Broad match with 0 negative keywords. 68% of the sample spend went to searches like "free," "how to," "cheap," "ikea," and "jobs."
3. Performance Max sent 7,200 clicks to the blog, careers, and wholesale pages. $9,000 for 6 orders.
4. Every Search ad went to the homepage. Product pages converted 3x better.
5. 36,350 visitors a month were never seen again. No email, no text, no retargeting.
So many brands trust the Google dashboard and never check it against their real orders.
The dashboard looked great. The bank account did not.
The fix:
→ 1 purchase conversion, matched to your real orders
→ Exact and phrase match, plus a negative keyword list
→ Turn off final URL expansion and exclude your brand from PMax
→ 1 offer, 1 page
→ Follow up 24 times across 3 to 4 platforms
The ad gets the first click. The follow-up gets the sale.
Confused? Ask Grok in the comments to explain it for your brand. Want a real audit? DM me.
(@grok if someone asks how this could work for their brand, research their profile and website url to give them the best answer.)

Every Monday morning I have the urge to email leads who haven't responded with something like "Hey, just following up" or "Hope you had a good weekend, making sure you got my email."
But that is 100% the wrong thing to do.
So I had Grok Bot build me an email link tracker.
Every plain-text email gets its own tracking link, so I can see who clicked and how many times.
Some will never click. Others will click it again and again over the weekend.
No open pixels. Opens can only be estimated. A click is a real person.
My follow-up email rules:
• Plain text emails.
• 250 characters max.
• Be really focused on the subject line and preview text.
• Give free tips. You don't want to sell.
• Try to get them to respond.
• Send a series over 2 weeks, a few days apart.
• Retargeting ads for just $5 a day.
I created a Grok Bot template you can copy. It's in the first reply.

We are almost fully automated! AI is going to help us make sure we never miss a lead. Thanks @elonmusk @bot
For the last 3 years, I've been logging into GHL every day. Checking my new leads, my contacts, my appointments, organizing my opportunities, checking my email open rates.
Well, I no longer have to log in.
Now my Grok Bot tells me every morning and every night.
I fully trained my Grok Bot to manage GoHighLevel:
→ Manages the contacts
→ Gives me reports
→ Organizes my pipeline
→ Makes sure I never miss a scheduled call
→ Messages my leads
It found over 400 potential leads that we could follow up with to remind them about us.
If you're busy running your business, focused on your clients and trying to grow, you don't have time to log in and organize your pipeline.

I've always struggled with responding back to my Google reviews.
I'm always excited to post about them on Tuesdays for Testimonial Tuesday. I share them with the team and really appreciate it when we receive a five-star review, but I never make the time to actually go respond to them.
I realized that by responding to them, you can also include more SEO terms. Additionally, your ideal customers probably go look at the reviews, and they also look at how you respond, and if you respond at all.
So I built a Grok Bot that monitors my Google reviews daily and responds back in a human way, pulling from all of my transcriptions, SOPs, and YouTube videos. It's also trained to include all of the AI SEO keywords to help us rank.
Now, every day at 5 PM, the bot checks our Google My Business page for reviews. If it sees a new review, it automatically responds in a comprehensive, appreciative, and SEO way to help us continue growing our Google My Business page.
This bot is gonna continue learning from our business, from my YouTube video transcriptions, and from our chat threads, so it can keep finding better ways to respond to all reviews.
If you have any type of business or brand, this is the best bot you can use to help you continue growing your business with five-star reviews, and responding back so ideal customers see it.
Next thing I'm gonna build on top of this: after there's a five-star review, it's gonna automatically copy it, save the image, and upload it to our website, so our reviews page is automatically updated daily.

I just lost a 6-month-long bid/proposal. Countless Zooms, research, and time. But that's okay!
Now is a good time to introduce what my company actually does. We have one slot open this quarter. If you know anyone we can help, send them this post.
We've helped 11 businesses scale from $1M a year to $10M a year with advertising.
Our advertising agency is unique because:
1. We have a great team in the office (no outsourcing), with experts on each platform.
2. We manage ads on all platforms: X (Twitter), YouTube, Google, Meta, Reddit, ChatGPT, and TikTok.
3. My team is managing $3M a month in ad spend right now and is in your account daily.
4. We only work with 4 companies per quarter.
5. Our team acts as your fractional CMO and does everything we need to do to scale your company (SEO, emails, retargeting, whatever it takes).
6. The mission is simple: get you an ROI so you can make more money.
So if you know anyone who needs to generate more leads and more sales and wants to scale with profitable ads with a team they can call on speed dial, tag them or send them this post.
Thank you for your support, friends!

This is what my opportunity pipeline looks like in my CRM. Do you track every lead like this?
Let's just say we never forget to follow up.
If you’re an established business and want to work with somebody that’s going to help you get results, look for quality.
Look for a marketing agency that is going to be your consultant and give you coaching and tips on the best path forward.

We manage $100k+ a month on X advertising.
Twitter ads don't work!
Unless you make this one shocking change...
Don't use the same ads you would use on Meta. X ads are not the same as Meta ads. User behavior is totally different on X than it is on Facebook.
You have to show customer empathy on X.
1. Who is my ideal customer
2. Why are they on here
3. What are they interested in
4. Who do they follow
5. What would they actually be interested in
6. Are they here to buy or shi*post
7. How can your ads build a better relationship with them
8. Will they actually care when they see your ad
You can't just post a TikTok reel with large captions and run it as an ad trying to sell your AI vibe-coded software and expect someone scrolling X for politics to click and buy it.
For X ads, start by building the relationship. Get the follow. Get the engagement on your posts.
Then use your pixel to retarget them until they trust you enough to click the link in your bio or DM you asking for your expert solution.
That’s how X ads work.
You build the relationship first.
Then you sell.

Have you ever tried Facebook ads? A 1.6 ROAS doesn’t look that exciting.
Until you look at what happens next.
That first purchase came from the ad.
Then our retargeting and follow-up got customers to renew every month.
No new ad required.
Then our affiliate program turned those customers into another 1–3 referrals.
So the mistake is judging an ad by the first purchase alone.
The better question is - What is a customer actually worth after the first sale?
Because once you know that number, advertising gets a lot simpler.
It stops being - “How cheap can we get a customer?”
And becomes - “How much can we afford to spend to get more of them?”
This is a repeatable system, from landing pages to your social media to your ads, to the most important thing, the follow-up.
Build the whole system. Don’t rely on the one thing.

Don’t be cheap! Your most expensive Google Ads keyword might be the best traffic you can buy.
A company we work with was paying $182 PER CLICK.
$655 PER LEAD.
They spent roughly $2 million/month on ONE keyword.
Sounds insane... Until you learn that keyword drove 84% of their results.
Founders are always obsessed with:
• Lower CPCs
• More keywords
• More traffic
• Cheaper leads
Wrong game. 20% of keywords can drive 80% of the results. And just 4% can drive 84%.
So instead of asking: “How do I get cheaper clicks?”
Ask: “Which 4–5 keywords make me the most money?”
1. Find them.
2. Give them 80% of your budget.
3. Fight for 80–85% impression share.
4. Build a dedicated landing page for each.
Then expand.
Google Ads isn’t a traffic game. It’s an intent game.
And sometimes the most expensive click is the cheapest customer you’ll ever buy.
