Congrats to our friends at @Box on announcing Box Mount.
On Managed Agents, Box Mount puts a team’s Box folder in the agent’s sandbox. Edits sync back with Box permissions and version history in place, and you approve key steps from Cuttlefish.

BREAKING!!!! Every AI keynote talks about models. BoxWorks 2026 talked about context. I was in the front row in San Francisco today as Aaron Levie opened the keynote. And yes Jensen Huang is here as well. Here is everything @Box announced, and my take –-
- Box Context Retrieval, powered by NVIDIA- A new engine built on NVIDIA Nemotron Retriever. It turns your contracts, policies and files, including scans, images, audio and video, into a knowledge layer agents can reason over. Box says it can deliver up to 20% better search accuracy, 90% fewer tokens and 4x faster answers. All permission-aware
- NVIDIA open weight models in Box AI, including Nemotron 3 Ultra- More model choice for high-volume work, with content staying in Box
- Box Architect- Describe a process in plain language. Architect designs the agentic workflow, lets you test it on real content, add human approvals and pick a model per step. Then you deploy
- Box for Industries- Starting with Banking, Public Sector and Media & Entertainment. The Norinchukin Bank cut contract review time by nearly 88%. HBO and the Texas DMV are on board too
- Security for agents- Agent security controls are live today: classification policies, MCP Guardrails and activity thresholds. New threat protection against bulk exfiltration and account takeover coming soon
My take: Context is the real bottleneck. AI pilots stall because agents don't know the business. Box securely holds the files that contain that knowledge. Permission-aware retrieval is the quiet win. It's what lets banks and governments say yes to agents. Box Architect is the one I'll watch closely. If business teams can really build agentic workflows in plain language, that changes who builds with AI.
I also sat down with Ben Kus, Heather Ceylan, Olivia Nottebohm and Vaibhav Shinde from Deloitte. Interviews drop soon on The Ravit Show.
What would you build first with @Box Architect?

We’re going to have 100X more agents in the enterprise working with our data and systems than even people do today. Every AI agent deployment comes down to how successfully they can get access to the critical context to make a decision, do research, or execute tasks.
90% of the data in an enterprise is unstructured data, which means this critical context is living inside of our documents, contracts, marketing assets, research materials, financial plans, design files, and more. Which means we need effective ways for agents to get access to this critical enterprise content to other work.
We’re excited to partner with NVIDIA to deliver advanced context retrieval -combining lexical and semantic search in Box- to ensure that AI agents can find the most relevant information they’re looking for. All in a way that adheres to their enterprise security, access controls, and data governance policies, so agents only work with the data they’re allowed to.
Great to work with @NVIDIAAI and @JensenHuang on this partnership. Files 🤝 GPUs.
Box security connects the content, the actor and the activity.
Content sensitivity, collaboration patterns, devices, sessions and agent actions inform protection. Manoj Asnani explains our threat protection and agent security vision at BoxWorks.

Connecting models to business knowledge makes AI more useful.
At BoxWorks, @nvidia's @JensenHuang explains why context matters. Box Context Retrieval will use Nemotron open models to retrieve relevant information while respecting users’ permissions.

The customer’s contract says 365 days of export history. The app allows 90.
In this demo, an agent reads the contract from @Box, fixes the config, and gets one approval in Cuttlefish before opening a PR.

Your agent wants permission to run a migration and you’re not at your desk.
Cuttlefish, our iPhone app for Managed Agents, puts the approve button in your pocket with your agent's requests on screen. Send a correction mid-run, or stop it if it goes sideways. do.co/3UkcsA1
Box Architect, in action at BoxWorks.
In this preview, it builds a customer onboarding workflow, agents and an app from company content, then proposes improvements for the process owner to review.
