One little change. Hours of manual repricing. 🫠
When leadership wants a different data cut, you shouldn't have to reprice every job individually.
With Bettercomp, apply market pricing changes across entire job families or PayMarkets with a single click.

Our U.S. Pay Transparency Program Readiness Guide, built with @Trusaic, covers why the shift matters and what it signals to the people you're trying to hire and keep.

Organizations getting ahead of transparency requirements aren't only reducing legal exposure. They're earning candidate trust before an application ever comes in.
Publishing thoughtful, defensible pay ranges sends one signal: we've done the work, we know what our roles are worth, and we'll stand behind the numbers.
That signal carries further than most employers realize.
A @HiBob_HR survey of 1,200 AI decision-makers found 67% of organizations already tie AI proficiency to promotions.
Only 36% say their managers are ready to upskill teams. Just 23% have real pipelines to source AI talent.
The split:
28% No, it's too early
28% It varies by industry
22% Yes, it's overdue
22% Only for technical roles
We asked our audience: should AI skills be tied to pay and promotions today?
The vote came back nearly even across all four answers.
No answer won. The question is why.
3/ Mergers & acquisitions
Two companies. Two pay philosophies. Instead of deciding whose ranges “win,” build one unified structure that works for the combined organization.
