One year ago, I stepped down from my operational responsibilities and COO role to become an Ambassador for @TheSandboxGame.
π Since then, I've stayed closely connected to the company's progress through regular conversations with the leadership team.
π A year later, I'm more convinced than ever that the direction The Sandbox Studio is taking represents the next generation of game creation and the metaverse.

β«οΈ LAND owners will be able to earn revenue without being creators themselves by acting as publishers, hosting creators, and sharing in the revenue they generate.
β«οΈ A new live, interactive 3D isometric world map to explore.
β«οΈ Improved content discovery with featured placements to help outstanding experiences reach more players.
β«οΈ More open communication with the community, with feedback gathered on Discord ahead of releases.
β«οΈ Faster product iterations, with new releases shipping at an almost weekly cadence.
The long-term utility and demand for $SAND will grow by empowering creators to build engaging games with strong retention loops, seamless player acquisition across the platforms of their choice, and the freedom to design their own in-game economies and shops.

Kremmerz House
The Kremmerz House, built in 1934 by Hungarian horror star MiklΓ³s Kremmerz, was designed by Jean Ancien, a disciple of Le Corbusier. Its modernist style makes it a hillside landmark, long surrounded by strange rumors.
A collector/dealer of Chinese art, Kremmerz was also a notorious occultist. He is said to have financed several obscure cults all over the West Coast.
In 1954, director Burt Vondrick was murdered in the house under circumstances that were never explained. Kremmerz disappeared soon after.
Two days before the Night of the Comet, a murder was committed in the vicinity of the house, starting a chain of yet unexplained tragic eventsβ¦
