A biological attack is planned for Saturday 600 million pounds of sugar laced with synthetic chemicals will enter the bodies of our children. Wreaking metabolic havoc, injuring vascular architecture, acidifying oral lining, releasing bacterial toxins, and blunting neural reward pathways. Instructing that gluttonous consumption of poison is celebratory.

Another win for psilocybin In 9 Parkinson's patients... GDF15 fell > 17.4% after 10 mg > 13.9% after 25 mg High GDF15 signals mitochondrial failure and neurodegeneration. Inflammation also declined: > IL-6: −17% > IL-8: −20% > hsCRP: −9.6% > IL-10: +2.7% (anti-inflammatory)

Maintaining a clear mind is the hardest challenge of life. By default we settle into patterns. We do what's easily available and pattern match what others do. Getting swept away by the day which turn into years. Awaking one day and wondering what even happened to the time. I've found my morning routine is the best antidote to becoming the System. That is, unthinkingly becoming the default patterns that dominate your era. Each day, it's time without screens, messages, scrolling, interruptions, and social pressures. It's filled with silence, the discomfort of discipline and the open space of thought. There is something magical about the morning. A time when life is reborn each day. I find my greatest solace and joy in them. p.s. those of you with kids, I hear you. I have three children. Morning routines are practically impossible. Hang in there and even if it's a 15 minute routine, it can be a good practice to maintain sanity amid the chaos.

Mechanical pressure on shin bones extended mouse lifespan by 80 days (+9.4%). That’s the human equivalent of 7–9 yrs. Bone pressure triggers PIEZO1 sensors to broadcast anti-aging signals to the brain, liver, and immune system. If this translates to humans, my dunk training is flooding my entire body with anti-aging juice.

Here is the correct paper for the stats in the original post. The paper above is also pro-dunk training. Mechanical pressure triggers PIEZO1 to release anabolic prostaglandin E2, which promotes bone formation and reduces resorption.

Security vulnerabilities are freaking everyone out. But you know what, humanity will win this tussle and then with equal gusto, it will do the same with our bodies: patching all our aging and disease vulnerabilities.

but bro, you look your age i’ll help you understand the situation what you can’t change with 2026 anti-aging tech: + face age + hearing + baldness + teeth + brain structure what I’ve shown you can accomplish: me, a 49 yr old, with a 20 something body: > nighttime erections - top 99% > fertility - top 99% > blood glucose - top 99% > vascular function - top 99% > muscle - top 5% > fat - lowest 5% > bone mineral density - top 0.5% > inflammation - undetectable healthy bodies.... > make more money > have more sex > live longer > and have more fun

Your peptides may be coming fentanyl suppliers. Anhui Renchen Technology was indicted in 2023 for supplying the Sinaloa Cartel with fentanyl precursors. Their website currently sells semaglutide and melanotan II. Of roughly 200 Chinese firms TRM Labs tracked selling fentanyl precursors, at least 50 now sell peptides. The shipments enter the US in “master cartons” mislabelled as snack food, broken up by a domestic handler and mailed on. CBP has intercepted around 400 of those operations and seized over 130,000 vials in the past year. FDA records surfaced showing two deaths, one in July and one in September, reported after people injected untested black market retatrutide.

Honeybee queens and workers share a genome, yet queens outlive the average worker by about 10-20x. The difference is almost entirely dietary. All honeybee larvae are fed royal jelly, but those destined to become workers are cut off after a few days. Queens are continually fed on it, which triggers a slew of epigenetic and developmental changes that vastly alters their physiology, reproductive capability, and lifespan.

A new paper cites my N-of-1 as a core feature of next generation longevity science. It explains why my biomarker numbers say less than people think. I agree. Aging is a multi-scale physiological process that we can’t actually measure directly. Biomarkers are like the blind men touching the elephant; able to know a piece, but never the whole. The processes that dictate aging exist at multiple levels of biological complexity. They interact dynamically at different timescales, across different contexts, and along their own trajectories. Aging manifests differently among people, but in highly nuanced and often invisible ways. The static, cross-sectional measures the field is used to can only get us so far. N-of-1 initiatives like mine can capture some of this nuance, but ultimately fails at generalizability. The authors also critique N-of-1 as able to show "responsiveness but not durability; optimisation but not causality." The challenge, so far unmet, is modelling the complexity of aging in such a way that the output is not a forecast of biomarkers, but a simulation of aging system dynamics, i.e. one’s health trajectory into the future. The most intriguing implication of such a model is an improved ability to predict how our decisions will impact us in the future. A choose your own adventure where we can predict the consequences of both our healthy and unhealthy behaviors. This is exactly what we are aiming to build. If you're into this as well, hit me up.

I have an AI agent that logs every negative comment someone makes about me online. It then creates a profile of the person, maps all of their social connections, and finds all their emails. Tomorrow morning, my AI agent will sent out an email blast to everyone's extended social network, detailing the horrible things they've said about me.
