There is a realisation that a portfolio aware margin account is not only a luxury, but essential
Expecting institutional folks to use multiple times the capital to do the same activities onchain was never wise

Iāve always believed that you either do something better than everyone else, or you donāt touch it at all. So when we sat down to rethink referrals at @bulktrade, we started from scratch.
Weekly codes are gone. You now have one link you can share anywhere, without copying codes one by one.
On top of AURA, you earn up to 15% of your referralsā trading fees and up to 2% from the traders they bring in. There are no requirements to start earning and no cap this season, so if you make $10M, itās all yours.
Personally, what always bothered me about referral programs is that the value goes to one side, usually the referrer. We wanted the trader you invite to benefit too, so they get up to a 10% boost on their Trading AURA. Using a referral link finally makes sense for both parties.
And this is only V1. Weāll keep adding new perks for the traders you invite, and much more is coming!

BULK Scheduled Mainnet Maintenance - 19 October
Weāll be deploying hotfixes today at 22:00 UTC, with approximately 15 minutes of downtime. Service is expected to resume at 22:15 UTC.
This update restores manual ISO margin top-ups through internal transfers, and brings in fixes needed for BIP1 markets
All resting ALO (post-only) orders will be cancelled post upgrade.
No api break is expected. Happy trading!

BULK Mainnet Upgrade - Sunday, 18 October
Weāre preparing the next BULK mainnet upgrade. Bringing improvements to matching, conditional orders, risk calculations and recovery, alongside the infrastructure for BIP-1 markets.
Maintenance schedule - UTC
- 12:00ā13:00: Planned maintenance. Trading will pause, and API/WebSocket connections will be interrupted.
- 13:00ā13:30: Controlled reopening. Markets will initially accept post-only orders and orders that reduce existing positions.
- 13:30: Target time for unrestricted trading to resume, following final validation.
Weāll share progress during maintenance and confirm when normal trading is available.
Order handling:
The planned startup cleanup will cancel ALO/post-only orders.
Whatās changing:
- Matching and collateral budgeting: Improved handling of position reductions and available collateral during execution.
- Conditional-order processing: More consistent routing of generated actions through the normal execution and delay queues, with improved persistence across recovery.
- Risk, liquidation and ADL: Updates to portfolio-risk calculations, recovery accounting and isolated-account handling.
- BIP-1 foundations: Support for provider-backed market configuration, provider-fee accounting and related queries.
