#Drones seem to be ubiquitous these days. Tools of war, play and science. One promised CHARTER output was a drone white paper: Instead we created a #StoryMap: Birds Eye View. Drones: A New Lens for Science, A New Tool for Herding. Launch here ➡️

Outreach activities don't always have to be digital! If you are visiting #Rovaniemi be sure to visit the @Arktikumlapland museum where 12 large #CHARTERArctic posters derived from CHARTER research are now installed for the busy holiday season.

... and that's a wrap! Had a successfully final @CharterArctic meeting in stunning #Rovaniemi. Presented my research on #herbivore co-occurrences & habitat preferences across the #Arctic, witnessed cutting edge research projects & extended my network with inspiring researchers!
How do you get your #Arctic research in front of policy makers so that your work can make a difference?? This is a question many researchers face. One way is to create policy briefings. CHARTER launched one version at last weeks Assembly. Available here:

Our last #charterarctic assembly took place last week in #rovaniemi with over 70 participants to wrap up this #horizon2020 project. It was a blast! New networks, colleagues and plans for 2025 on #arctic #biodiversity, livelihoods, peoples
