A significant step towards strengthening Haryana's MSME ecosystem was taken at the 4th Meeting of the CII Haryana State Council 2026-27 with the formal launch of the CII Haryana MSME Helpdesk by Shri Yash Garg, Director General, Industries & Commerce, Haryana and Director General, Directorate of MSME, Government of Haryana. The Helpdesk has been established under the aegis of the CII Haryana Panel on MSMEs and Startups Growth as a dedicated facilitation and advisory platform to support MSMEs with expert guidance on government schemes, policy facilitation, regulatory compliance, business expansion opportunities, technology adoption, sustainability requirements and issue resolution. It is designed to serve as a single-window support mechanism, connecting enterprises with domain experts and providing timely responses to business and operational challenges. The initiative reflects CII Haryana's commitment to empowering MSMEs, enhancing competitiveness, improving productivity, enabling access to finance and government support, and fostering sustainable growth across the state.
