DEC/GENDEBIEN/HOCHUL COVERUP OF BLAKE'S ILLEGAL DUMP EXPOSED IN RECORDED AUDIO Here is recorded audio of a DEC Lieutenant saying that the DEC Commissioner is appointed by Governor Hochul and that "might be" the reason why the investigation into Blake's Illegal Dump is stalled. Anyone with eyes can see the dump is illegal. Consider: 1. Government photos show the dump developed over many years 2. Lisbon residents have accused Blake of illegally dumping dead cows since at least 2024 3. A sworn affidavit from 2026 backs up the claim that Blake illegally dumps dead cows into water 4. The water's sludgy, neon green color is consistent with illegal dumping according to Grok Heavy 5. DEC's own press office cannot confirm if the investigation is actually closed per a recent recorded call 6. A DEC Lieutenant said the investigation was likely initially stalled because Governor Hochul appoints their boss. I want the DEC Lieutenant who is heard speaking to know that I have his back and will do everything I can to protect him for exposing this obvious corruption. He has since stopped taking our calls but should know there are whistleblower protections available to him and I can connect him (or others) with lawyers that will help him navigate this situation.
