The market capitalization of stablecoins has exceeded $320 billion.
If you look at the DeFiLlama chart, you can see that since the October crash, the stablecoin market has been virtually stagnant—a smooth, steady rise and fall without any sharp movements. And then, in March and April, the curve started to rise.
Stablecoins aren’t just printed out of thin air.
DeFi will win
Update on rsETH incident:
@LlamaRisk has published a report outlining the rsETH incident, the immediate actions taken, its impact on Aave, and potential paths forward.
All service providers have been working to assess the two potential bad debt scenarios on the Aave protocol.
Aave DAO service providers are also leading an effort with ecosystem participants to address any bad debt. This effort already has several indicative commitments from various parties and we are grateful for the strong support we have received so far.
We will share further updates as we have them.
In the meantime, the full report can be read here: governance.aave.com/t/rseth-…
Taking out new loans using WETH has been suspended, but withdrawals themselves are still allowed. If there is available liquidity, you can withdraw.
You can also exchange tokens via a DEX, but at a discount. I don’t recommend doing this. It’s better to just wait for the situation to be resolved.
Update on rsETH incident:
According to our analysis, rsETH on Ethereum mainnet is fully backed.
Out of an abundance of caution, rsETH remains frozen across Aave V3 and V4 and exposure to the incident is capped.
WETH reserves also remain frozen across affected markets including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Mantle, and Linea.
Aave is actively validating information and assessing potential resolutions.

AI creates unlimited abundance. Government distributes it.
Cool concept. One question: who controls the distribution?
That's exactly the problem DeFi was built to solve — programmable, transparent, permissionless money flows. No middleman deciding who gets what ⚡️
Is that real? Or we are in matrix?

In the first quarter of 2026, retail investors were the main sellers of BTC, while corporations and governments were the main buyers.

The CLARITY Act is the biggest crypto regulation bill the US has ever seriously attempted.
The core idea: finally define which tokens are commodities and which are securities. Two different regulators, two different sets of rules.
Right now everything sits in a grey zone. The bill would end that. Polymarket gives it 72% odds of passing in 2026 — the highest it's ever been

sitting at $320B all-time high.
Altcoin season index at 34/100.
Translation: there's money in the market, but nobody wants to commit it.
Classic late-consolidation setup. Everyone's waiting for someone else to move first
Bravo @aave
