Congratulations the @StanfordLaw Liftlab group on the launch of JudgementBench. Has been great collaborating with you all to better understand domain-specific evaluations and human judgement!
Announcing JudgmentBench – a dataset we at @StanfordLaw liftlab developed along with @harvey and @SnorkelAI that evaluates frontier LLM work product.
The dataset contains 30 real-world tasks crafted by Biglaw attorneys paired with >3000 rubric and preference expert annotations.

Excited to finally release the report @openrouter and I have been working on.
The past year marked a decisive shift in how we build and use AI. Reasoning moved from the edges of research into the center of real-world production, driven by breakthroughs in model capability, open-source momentum, and the rise of AI-native applications. Today, we are releasing a large empirical study of this transition, based on more than 100 trillion tokens of real-world usage. OpenRouter now serves more than five million developers and routes traffic across more than 300 models from over 60 providers, with daily volume crossing one trillion tokens just last week.
Happy anniversary, o1 🍓

I was just thinking about this. You basically nailed the LLM explosion!
Just came across this old GigaOM article.
I guessed in 2013 it might take ~10 years until "packages like word2vec can make deep learning even for relatively unsophisticated users".
Not bad, I think! :D

This is a really good discussion about the competitive nature of generative video models and how to engineer inference platforms to run them efficiently.

New podcast from @BornsteinMatt @stuffyokodraws and myself about AI tools for developers and the huge economic impact they will have.
AI coding isn’t just a hype cycle — it could represent trillions worth of developer productivity.
From Copilot to Cursor, AI is already changing how millions code; not someday, but now.
Listen to the full conversation on how the future of coding is being rewritten — and what comes next with @stuffyokodraws, @appenz, and @BornsteinMatt: bit.ly/3GWe5Nb

[New Post]🚨Nine Emerging Developer Patterns for the AI Era
Many of the core concepts we took for granted -- git, templates, docs, ... will be re-imagined in light of agent-driven workloads
Here are 9 forward-looking dev patterns that give a hint of what could emerge 👇🧵

I had such a great time talking to Yoko! Check it out!
I had a conversation with the co-creator of MCP @dsp_ about the inception story of MCP as well as the net new, creative workflows MCP brings that we rarely talked about
Outside of dev workflows, I think we will see the next MCP client for art canvas, mini games and more 👇

We’re entering a new era in robotics where generalized systems are starting to work in the real world, but researchers still don’t have good tools for understanding their data. That’s why I built ARES, an open-source platform for ingesting, annotating, and curating robotics data.

Can confirm. @stuffyokodraws is the real deal.
What makes @a16z stands out as one of the best VC firms in the world?
Well, @stuffyokodraws, a partner in that firm, just gave an amazing TECHNICAL talk about MCP @IntercomEng meetup in SF
Partners that code > everybody else 🔥

🚨 New: We @a16z built an 8x RTX 4090 GPU AI workstation from scratch —compatible with the new RTX 5090 with PCIe 5.0, for training, deploying, and running AI models locally— so you don’t have to.
Here’s how we built it, why it matters, and how you can build one too. Full guide👇
