After 13 years in crypto, I can tell you that your best performance in crypto will begin when you:
1. Stop trading (Fully. Period.)
2. Stop rotating (jumping from one coin to another every week, this is pure gambling and you know it)
3. Sit down and understand how every person who's had massive crypto success actually made it (hint: through Holding and only Holding)
4. Sit down and understand what makes any crypto asset valuable (hint: The type of people holding it aka Community. I.e. are these the kind of people who will hold for the next 5 years?)
5. Spend days researching which coins have the most relentless holders who’ve been persisting for years and whose community continues to expand online and offline.
6. Once you apply these filters, you will be left with only a few coins that satisfy the criteria, making it easy to choose the right assets.
7. Once you’ve fully internalised the above and immerse yourself into the community of the asset, you will be able to cultivate the kind of conviction required to hold an asset for several years and to make life-changing wealth.
I have gone through the above myself and I can tell you that it has been the greatest decision of my life, both financially and mentally.

In just 2 days since withdrawals resumed after the hack, Binance’s tracked assets have increased by $3.4 billion.
Meanwhile, assets held by other major exchanges haven’t changed much.
It makes me wonder if many users simply withdrew to their personal wallets and are now depositing their funds back into Binance.
Looks like the hackers could steal the money, but not the trust Binance has spent years building.

In resurfaced footage from WEF's "New Era for Finance" panel at Davos, CZ says $7B left the exchange in one day in December 2023, after FTX collapsed.

🚨 UPDATE: Who’s exposed to the Binance hack so far
Limited exposure:
- Wintermute: exposure is under 20% of net equity. CEO Evgeny Gaevoy sees no disruption to operations in any scenario.
- GSR: exposure is under 5% of net equity, with no material disruption to business as usual expected. The firm says it's working with contacts at Binance to understand the issue.
No direct exposure:
- Ethena: all collateral with exchange exposure sits with off-exchange custodians, not directly on exchanges.
- Lido: stETH is not affected, and staking and withdrawals are running normally. Lido Earn has no direct exposure.
- Aave: contracts are unaffected and positions remain overcollateralized. As a precaution, all DAO-operated V3 and V4 markets are frozen. New deposits and borrows are paused, but withdrawals and repayments still work.
