The bus got stuck in a traffic jam half way to the gym so I got off two miles early and RAN to the training session I had booked. I cannot tell you how long it's been since I last went for a run. Disgusting 3/10 how do I skip to the bit where it's enjoyable???

I was sat top deck of the bus on the way to work and I could hear someone singing a worship soul song, drumming their beat. Lasted my whole journey. It was the most beautiful, raw thing. As I got off, I realised it was the driver. Feeling lucky this morn x

I know we all have strong feelings about the new government, trust me I really do, but I'm getting so tired of the constant criticism of female ministers for the way they look/dress/exist in a physical form. It's useless, sexist and cheapens your argument. I am TIRED
