Q3 showed what happens when strategy meets execution. I’m proud to share that @ServiceNow again beat the top end of our guidance on both topline and bottom-line metrics.
Our AI NNACV grew 65% y/y, and Control Tower NNACV grew more than 6x. Even more interesting, as customers deploy AI they want a measured way to understand and control their investments, driving our agentic AI consumption in production up 13x y/y.

Richard Branson leaned back and thought for a second. The tropical sounds of his private oasis, Necker Island, murmured in the background. Twenty people sat around him at rapt attention, wondering what a billionaire’s answer would be to one of the big questions—perhaps the biggest question—of business.
Then he broke the silence: “Work out.”
He was serious and elaborated: working out gave him at least four additional hours of productive time every day.

As we implement more agentic AI at work, there is some risk of reducing human experiences and friction that sparks empathy and innovation.
@BlaineMathieu, a Creatorbase® Founding 500 member, recently wrote about his agentic AI “aha” moment and shared these key takeaways:
• Track the hours ‘talking’ with AI vs. with real people. Don’t let it sneak up on you.
• Ask people you trust for signs that your communication style is changing.
• Don’t assume that directives you give AI to avoid being sycophantic will solve all these issues. There are many subtle ways that engaging with an AI is not the same as engaging with real people, even if the language sounds the same.
• Never forget that the inherent unpredictability of real people, including their capacity to annoy or even frustrate you, is a feature and not a bug.
