Genuinely thought this camera would never see the light of day. That price makes this release pretty bittersweet but I'm glad we will see it out in the wild!

Has anyone else's twitter timeline been full of random junk for the last few weeks/months? With stuff you don't follow taking priority over the people you do

The pile of boxes grows as the moving process continues. We may soon be consumed by the boxes.

It's Christmas time again so here's a frame from the greatest Christmas film ever made. It's a hill I would die on.

Alan Moore on the Watchmen HBO series. It's sad to hear him distance himself from the work based on public perception. But he's not wrong, the show misunderstood Watchmen to a staggering degree. While not a bad show when taken on its own, it distinctly fails the original book.
If social media platforms are supposed to create a taste profile based on our interests then why the heck is #sixseasonsandamovie not on my trending list?!

I think the misuse of the term 'prequel' might top the misuse of 'fewer/less'

Do we get fewer prequels or is their less prequel potential? I'm just glad interquels have buggered off.
It's easy to say #BetterCallSaul is one of the best shows ever made. The skill on display is apparent in every minute. The production team clearly put care, love, and creativity into each episode. It was TV at its best, and a rare gem in today's content culture

Every so often I get reminded that there's a robot butler in Rocky IV. It makes me laugh every time I think about it.

A lot of TV has become 'content'. Designed to satiate a subscriber base enough to justify another monthly payment. The team behind Better Call Saul are a stunning example of how to fly in the face of downward trends. The filmmaking and story telling on display is top notch.

Tim Sale was at the core of my favourite comics. He helped shape definitive takes on some of the medium's biggest names: Superman, Spider-Man, Batman, and more. I got to meet him once, he was kind enough to offer a quick sketch of my favourite villain. Rest in peace.

Im not sure if The Power Of The Dog is for everyone. It's paced without regard for audience pleasing. But entirely because of that it brings a more unique experience to the genre. Pair that with a fresh take on masculinity and sexuality in the west. Its great stuff

The business of cinema now exists in an age where this is considered a noteworthy headline rather than standard practise.

After digging out a whole heap of old CDs, I've come to the obvious conclusion. The Black Swan from @StoryoftheYear is long overdue a vinyl release
