Mr. Tickle reminds me of Mel Smith, described by his comedy partner Griff Rhys Jones as "A gentleman and a scholar, a gambler and a wit." A much nicer man, by all accounts.

Western society is currently divided between people who know this is a man and are prepared to say so and those who know this is a man but lie out of obedience to an ideology. There is no third option. Literally nobody on earth thinks "Roxanne Tickle" is actually a woman.

The Conversion Practices Bill attempts, by the back door, to introduce ‘asexual’ and ‘non-binary’ in to the legal framework. It does so in a messy, unstructured manner as the Bill and its explanatory notes show. Explanatory notes 'are not meant to be a comprehensive description of it'. This is a fail in this case. /1 #BinTheBill
