I've been compiling a set of mental models, approaches, schema, hacks, whatever you call them, as I figure out how the world works. So much of the anguish and torment of my youth was unnecessary and self-inflicted. Changing how I thought about the world let me get to happy.

Friends we’ve been on the Aotearoa music charts since we launched the album! This is the first week we’re not touring and selling merch. If you’re interested and able, consider buying a copy from Bandcamp: youmeeverybody.bandcamp.com/ Every one counts! Thank you!

Hey Auckland, we're playing a gig this weekend! undertheradar.co.nz/ticket/2… It's bluegrass, folk music's death metal. Vocals are much easier on the ear, though. We're raising $ for our new album by playing these gigs, and there'll be a sneak preview of some of the new songs ...

Music careers are crazy because people will look you straight in the eye and offer you $30/hour for a bespoke, professional level performance where you provide all transportation and gear

Some hope would be nice. Take my money!
My next book is *The Lost Cause*. It's a climate emergency book. @LibraryJournal called it "a message hope in a near-future that looks increasingly bleak." As with all my books @Amazon refuses to sell the audiobook, so I'm selling it on @Kickstarter: lost-cause.org/ 1/

In an effort to bring you the most authentic sounding version of ‘Horse Power’ as possible the concerts will be mixed on this laptop using ProTools 5.2 with D-Verb all the way. TRUE DIGITAL VINTAGE.
Got my 2005 PowerBook G4 out from the deep freeze to see if I could open ancient @phoenixfound ‘Horse Power’ sessions on ancient ProTools formats. Unfortunately it does not seem to be drawing power. Good bye buddy!

Some body once told me that on a desert stroll he saw two vast and trunkless stone legs they were looking kind of dumb with a shattered visage sunk in the sand from its chin to its forehead
