I don’t want a billion dollars.
I wouldn’t trade places with a single billionaire.
I’m young. I’m ripped.
I sleep like a machine. I train hard.
I control my time, my energy, and where I live.
I’m not solving for more.
I’m solving for mastery of life.
What is the Sovereign Artiste?
-Ripped physique, year-round
-Sleep so deep I wake up reborn
-Testosterone in the 800s — natural, free, surging
-Sun on my face
-Deep work from 11am to 2pm, then I’m done
-Bitcoin compounding in the background
-Mojo humming
-A woman who’s visibly lit up just being near me
-Full autonomy over every hour of my day
The Sovereign Artiste has solved for time.
The rarest, most misunderstood form of wealth.
I don’t schedule calls.
I don’t “circle back.”
I don’t do Slack.
If I want to disappear to Paris, Costa Rica, or the South of Spain? I go.
No permission. No friction. Just movement.
I don’t chase money.
Money comes to me.
While I walk.
While I train.
While I sip espresso, listening to Eckhart Tolle, staring into the sea.
I don’t sit in board meetings.
I’m in my 911 Turbo S, top down, flying down the coast
Blasting Dalida - Paroles, Paroles
Nothing in my head but sunlight and music.
Dinner?
-Dry-aged striploin, seared hard
-Potato bravas, crisp with smoked paprika
-A Cadillac margarita
Across the table: a woman who looks like she belongs in a perfume ad
Most billionaires?
Overworked. Overcommitted.
Bloated. Bland.
Testosterone in the 300s.
Kids don’t text back.
Ten mansions. Not one that feels like home.
Me?
850 T.
7.2% body fat.
Bitcoin compounding while I sleep.
Beach.
A woman who can’t stop looking at me.
I am the Sovereign Artiste.
And the men chasing 9 and 10 figures?
They’re just trying to feel what I feel every damn day.
Problem with x is it has the worst video algorithm of any social media platform
It is absolute trash
Many people I know just deleted it
I delete is all the time cuz of how terrible the video algorithm is
It’s just horrible things
All negativity
I will forever love tirzepatide for allowing me to eat plenty of spicy rigatoni while staying lean
This was something I could never accomplish before
I’d just eat and want more and more lol
Reta works very well
But I prefer tirzepatide
It’s cleaner.
You’re not hitting a catabolic hormone and raising up heart rate significantly
Better muscle retention on tirzepatide shown in the data
More safety data and less side effects on tirzepatide
Reta produces slightly more weight loss but tirzepatide wins overall
And many have now switched over to tirzepatide and prefer it
You get better control over your appetite with tirzepatide
With Reta higher doses create faster heart rate. Not ideal
Be warm, positive and unaffected
These guys that get into arguments with women and try to put them in their place and get the last word
Is the gayest shit I’ve seen
Life is a two-way mirror. The world reflects the energy you bring into it.
If you walk into every interaction expecting hostility, rejection, and competition, that’s exactly what you’ll keep finding.
You’re making fundamental mistakes in how you perceive and interact with reality, then blaming the world for reflecting them back to you.
Choose the reality you want to experience. Hold that image. Give absolutely zero energy or reaction to anything that doesn’t align with it.
Stop fighting life. Flow with its currents.
The world isn’t against you. You’re against the world.
I was quickly reminded why I hate going out last night
Everybody is just so fucking mean and angry man. Always looking for a way to socially win against you. Girls will bait you into a convo to walk away. Guys will find a way to get a quick “nut drag” on you socially
People will find ways to just throw social jabs when they are supposed to be out having a good time
I’m starting to genuinely hate the human race
I used to think our one redeemable quality is our thinking and rational abilities to transcend us from a beast
This genuinely doesn’t exist in most people
Full body workouts are overrated and unenjoyable
Hitting a muscle 3x per week is silly because there’s no way you can hit 3 PR’s per week on the same muscle
You are often training a muscle when it’s not even fully recovered
Upper and lower splits not ideal tbh
Hitting legs twice per week not great for lifestyle. You end up just hungry and sore and legs take a lot of the gains not upper
Just hit
Chest, biceps, rear delts
Lowerbody
Shoulders, back, triceps
And focus on hitting PR’s each week
Muscle growth is directly tied to strength gain on key lifts
Many top bodybuilders like mentzer and Yates just trained 3x per week and focused on strength gains on key movements not chasing high volume or high frequency
Natural sway on lat pull downs will build more muscle than super strict vertical form
You will hit more personal records
And you will engage your traps and rhomboids for more overall growth
Just keep the form consistent
But will you have to be on a glp-1 for life?
I don’t understand this question
If you like being on it, stay on it ???
If you don’t, go off of it ???
There’s a ton of hype around GHK-Cu right now, both topical and injectable.
But the evidence is still very limited.
Meanwhile, most people are overlooking one of the most powerful, well-researched anti-aging topicals we have: tretinoin.
Tretinoin is a prescription-strength vitamin A derivative with decades of clinical research behind it.
It increases skin cell turnover, stimulates collagen production, improves skin texture, reduces fine lines, and helps reverse signs of sun damage.
Over time, it can even increase the thickness of the skin’s deeper layers.
The catch? It takes consistency. You’ll typically need 3–6 months to see meaningful improvements, with benefits continuing beyond that.
You also need to introduce it gradually, manage irritation, and be diligent about sun protection.
It’s not some exciting new peptide. It’s a proven treatment that’s been around for decades.
The best tools aren’t the newest or trendiest. They’re the ones with the strongest evidence.
The irony of Bryan Johnson’s obsessive pursuit of longevity is that he’s taken the same mindset that burned him out in business and applied it to anti-aging.
Endless optimization. Obsessive tracking. Sacrificing the present for some future outcome.
He learned the wrong lesson.
He thought the lesson was to stop sacrificing his health for money.
But the deeper lesson was to stop sacrificing the present moment for some imagined future.
To stop treating life as a means to an end. A stepping stone to something better. An obstacle to overcome.
Damnnn you better looks max to get a girl lol
Cuz she won’t need you to buy her stuff
🚨 Elon Musk has dropped an unprecedented bombshell—right inside the White House, in front of Donald Trump: 💥🇺🇸
“From now on, you will no longer need to work for any company... I will make sure everyone on Earth enjoys a celebrity-level lifestyle and income!”
Musk is completely challenging the traditional concept of government-provided “Universal Basic Income” (UBI) designed merely for survival, presenting a radical vision of a new form of capitalism.
According to Musk, how will everyone become wealthy? 👇
As AI and robots produce goods and services 24/7 without limits, the overall standard of living for all humanity will skyrocket—as if everyone were earning an astronomical salary.
Musk confidently declares: “Everyone will have access to better healthcare than I personally receive!” Through the combination of superintelligent AI and precision surgical robots, top-tier medical care could become available to everyone at virtually no cost.
AI will handle the thinking, while robots build roads and structures, grow crops, and manufacture products. With forced labor becoming a thing of the past, the phrase “I don't have enough money to buy what I need” could disappear from the human vocabulary entirely!
While 99% of humanity worries that “AI will take their jobs,” Musk envisions a future where an army of autonomous robots will turn every single person into a king—living a life of total ease!

If you’re single
You usually will have way more success
Doing an immersion period
Literally go out 3 nights per week
Have a few drinks if you want, but never more.
Go to the same venues that have your type and ideal logistics.
You build much more momentum this way.
Meet a ton of women
Have sex with a few.
Choose the best one
Or two
Then stop going out lol and keep alcohol to the minimum.
Doing this for 4 weeks is more powerful than going out 1-2x per week for a year lol
Clav is good case study of strong frame
For every single looks objection
he has a well thought out explanation with autistic level terminology
What about that 5’7 balding guy with an attractive girlfriend
Yes, he’s an oofy doofy
Very impressive
One of the most surprising effects of GLP-1s is how much they can increase your confidence.
And it’s not just because you’re losing fat.
In fact, people who have never used GLP-1s often assume the opposite.
“If you’re using a drug to lose weight, surely you can’t feel that proud of yourself.”
But they’re missing something huge.
Think about how you feel when you have a great day of eating.
You hit your calories. You eat satisfying meals. You don’t overdo it on snacks.
You feel fucking great. Disciplined. In control. Proud of yourself.
Now think about how you feel when you blow past your calories, snack all evening, and eat way more than you intended.
You feel disappointed. Frustrated. Maybe even a little ashamed.
And here’s the crazy part.
Your body hasn’t meaningfully changed in either scenario. But your confidence has.
Why?
Because confidence isn’t just about how you look.
It’s about trusting yourself to follow through on what you said you were going to do.
And this is where tirzepatide can be absolutely life-changing.
When you’re no longer constantly fighting your appetite, hitting your calorie target becomes almost effortless.
You’re not battling cravings every evening. You’re not white-knuckling your way through a diet. You’re not constantly thinking about your next meal.
You just eat, feel satisfied, and get on with your life.
And something incredible happens.
You start stacking wins.
One great day becomes seven. Seven becomes thirty.
You’re consistently doing what you set out to do.
No guilt. No constant frustration. No endless cycle of overeating and promising yourself you’ll start fresh tomorrow.
You start building an incredible amount of trust in yourself.
And then the fat starts coming off.
Your waist gets tighter. Your face gets leaner. Your clothes fit better.
Now you’re getting confidence from BOTH directions.
You’re proud of how you’re living.
And you’re proud of how you’re looking.
It’s a powerful positive feedback loop.
And the irony is that people assume using a GLP-1 somehow cheapens your accomplishment.
But why should confidence come from how much you struggled?
The goal was never to prove how much hunger you could tolerate.
The goal was to build a body you love and a lifestyle you can actually maintain.
And when you stop fighting your own appetite every single day, you free up an extraordinary amount of mental energy to actually enjoy your life.
That’s something people who have never experienced it often struggle to understand.
The biggest confidence boost isn’t just seeing a better body in the mirror.
It’s waking up every day knowing you’re no longer fighting a losing battle with yourself.
We’ve been told that if you want to be successful, you must develop a burning desire.
This is one of the central teachings of Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich.
I’m not so sure I agree.
In fact, I’ve found that a burning desire can become one of the biggest traps to achieving what you want.
Here’s why.
Desire itself is a beautiful thing. It gives us direction. It inspires us to create, build, and pursue extraordinary things.
But when desire becomes excessive, something changes.
You become overly fixated on the outcome. You start measuring your life against how far you still have to go.
You want to fast-forward through the present moment to arrive at some future reality where you’ll finally be happy.
And ironically, the more desperately you want something, the further away it can feel.
Vadim Zeland calls this excessive importance in Reality Transurfing.
And when I look back at the times I’ve felt stuck in my life, it’s almost always because I’ve made something too important.
I’ve wanted it too badly. I’ve become too attached to the outcome. And I’ve lost the natural ease and enjoyment that made me successful in the first place.
This is why I prefer Eckhart Tolle’s concept of enthusiasm, which he explores in A New Earth.
Enthusiasm is having a powerful vision for your future, combined with a deep joy for the present moment.
You’re excited about where you’re going, but you’re equally excited about what you’re doing right now.
You’re not trying to escape your current life to reach your dream life.
You’re already living your dream life in the process of creating it.
And your vision isn’t simply some static number in a bank account.
It’s a vivid, three-dimensional picture of how you actually want to live. The experiences, the environments, the people, the creative work, the freedom, the way your days unfold.
And the beautiful thing is that you can begin living so much of that vision right now.
You don’t need to wait until you’ve made $30 million to experience the joy, creativity, freedom, and excitement that you associate with having it.
When you operate from enthusiasm, something remarkable happens.
You stop chasing success from a place of lack.
You become absorbed in what you’re creating. You take inspired action. You enjoy the process. And the external results begin to feel like a natural consequence of how you’re already living.
This has been my experience whenever things have flowed effortlessly. The money, the opportunities, the connections. Everything seems to fall into place.
And there’s a certain irony to the idea of a burning desire.
A burning desire can burn you out.
Because you’re constantly chasing a future that seems to be just beyond your reach.
Enthusiasm, on the other hand, is self-sustaining.
You have a powerful vision, but your happiness isn’t held hostage by it.
You want the goal. You don’t need the goal to enjoy your life.
And that changes everything.
The secret isn’t to want your future so badly that you sacrifice the present.
It’s to create a future so inspiring that you fall in love with the process of bringing it to life.
