#Switzerland will open a diplomatic office to maintain direct contact with the DPRK from Pyongyang and support our #GoodOffices.
#Dialogue remains essential for peace and stability in the region.
À la Journée de la politique extérieure du Parlement 🇨🇭, j’ai rappelé, en tant que président en exercice de l’#OSCE, le rôle essentiel de cette organisation pour maintenir le dialogue et renforcer la sécurité européenne, dans l’intérêt de la #Suisse.
Échanges très intéressants avec les parlementaires sur la présidence suisse, mes visites à Kyiv, Moscou et dans le Caucase, ainsi que l’action concrète de l’@OSCE sur le terrain.

Profondément attristé par le tragique accident ferroviaire survenu en Espagne.
Mes pensées vont aux victimes, à leurs familles et aux personnes blessées.
En ces heures difficiles, la 🇨🇭 se tient aux côtés du peuple espagnol et exprime toute sa solidarité.
Ma reconnaissance va également aux équipes de secours mobilisées sur place.
À l’occasion de ma première visite officielle en #Andorre, j’ai rencontré le chef du gouvernement @XavierEspot et la ministre des Affaires étrangères @ImmaTorFaus pour discuter des relations🇨🇭🇦🇩 et de nos relations respectives avec l‘UE.
Nous avons également échangé sur la présidence suisse de l’#OSCE en 2026, le multilatéralisme et les défis géopolitiques.
J’ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer le MAE espagnol @jmalbares à #Madrid pour discuter des relations🇨🇭🇪🇸.
Dans cette perspective, nous avons signé un MoU sur les consultations politiques afin de valoriser le dialogue bilatéral entre nos deux pays.
Nous avons également échangé sur les défis géopolitiques et les priorités de la Suisse pour sa présidence de l’#OSCE en 2026.

We discussed European security, Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and our support for Ukraine.
As leaders in research and innovation, Finland and Switzerland share a commitment to responsible management of new technologies. Our close cooperation, including through the LUMI supercomputer in Finland and CERN in Switzerland, provides a strong foundation for even deeper ties.

Es war mir eine grosse Freude, zu diesem Anlass meine Amtskollegin @elinavaltonen in Bern begrüssen zu dürfen.
In einer unruhigen Welt sind stabile und gute Beziehungen zwischen Ländern besonders wichtig. 🇨🇭 und 🇫🇮 teilen nicht nur gemeinsame Werte, wir gehören auch zu den innovativsten Ländern der Welt.
