You have an idea for an animated AI video, but aren’t sure how to create interesting characters.
Here’s a short guide on how you can use Grok Imagine to make your next character.
4. Create a bunch ofo assets
Use your character design as a “source” image for Grok to help you create other characters, props, vehicles, or even a complimentary style for backgrounds.
Pro-Tip: Create a character “turn-around” image that gives you a front, profile, 3/4, and back view of your characters. This will be essential for keeping your character consistent when you start generating videos.
POV: no professional camera skills, no problem
Just snap a picture and edit it into a studio photoshoot in Grok Imagine.

No cameras. No sets. Just two filmmakers with a mission:
Push @imagine's cinematic capabilities to their limits and make a pilot of Homer’s Odyssey.
@WonderStudiosX, an AI-native creative studio who partnered with us on this, delivered the pilot in 15 days, using 2,070 images and 1,558 videos.
Here’s a thread on the best tips from creative lead Dev Walker 🧵
Huge thanks to @glumlot_ for his creative direction on this project and we look forward to making Episode 1 next.

When a shot keeps drifting, more words rarely fix it.
Cut words that are open to interpretation, like a character “crossing” a scene.
Instead, spell out exactly how things should move: “enters left, exits right.”
We’re working on short episodes of the Odyssey, made with Grok Imagine. Coming soon.
In the meantime, create your own film scene at grok.com/imagine
