Invenergy Founder and Executive Chairman Michael Polsky has been named to @Forbes' 250 list of America's Greatest Builders. This is his third recognition in the year-long "Forbes 250" initiative, previously being named to Forbes' 250 Greatest Self-Made Americans and 250 Most Successful Living Immigrants.

Invenergy was selected by the @ENERGY Office of Geothermal to help advance Enhanced Geothermal System (EGS) potential in Idaho. As one of the largest geothermal leaseholders in the country, with a growing 151,000+-acre portfolio representing thousands of megawatts of potential generating capacity, we look forward to this next step in geothermal development and meeting customer demand. To celebrate our history in Chicago and our commitment to positively impacting our city and its cultural hubs, we’re entering a new partnership with one of Chicago’s most iconic institutions, @shedd_aquarium. We’re supporting the Shedd Aquarium’s expert, around-the-clock care for thousands of aquatic animals from alligator snapping turtles to rescued sea otters and more. Our support also empowers Shedd’s suite of learning and community programs that engage more than 150,000 students each year in science education through classroom visits, field trips, and virtual experiences. Shedd has been a Chicago landmark for generations, and we’re excited to be part of its story and future.

25 years ago today, Invenergy LLC was officially incorporated.

This week, we celebrated the official groundbreaking of the 120 MW Quincy Solar Energy Center, marking Invenergy's first solar project to begin construction in Washington ☀️ We were proud to celebrate alongside our customer, @GrantPUD and to present a $20,000 donation to Grant PUD's Share the Light program, which will help more than 600 local families pay their electric bills during times of need.

We welcomed 80+ high school students from @UChicago's Young Innovators programs, supported by Invenergy and the Polsky Foundation, to our Chicago headquarters for a firsthand look at careers in energy, innovation, and entrepreneurship ⚡

In honor of Memorial Day, employees at an Invenergy Services-operated solar project in Schulenburg, Texas volunteered their time to help place American flags on military personnel's headstones and joined members of the American Legion — the nation's largest veterans service organization — to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
