Vom Frachtraum meinte ich. Der Buggy wäre sonst nämlich ins Terminal gegangen, weil der „deliver to aircraft” Zettel nicht sichtbar war.

(3/4) a very recent bank account statement with name and address and still you won’t believe me. This has been going on since June now and I’m unable to to access my assets. Once this is over, the first thing I’ll do is scraping all my assets and moving to another service.

@FlySWISS Instead of 80 CHF as stated by your hotline I’m now paying 184 CHF for a single surfboard for ZRH-LIS and back. Customer service doesn’t answer my request for 2 weeks now and the hotline can’t do anything about it after waiting for 30mins. Welcome to SWISS post-covid…
