Imagine the rest of the country's building fire safety.
Today's rise in Indian markets when Asia was so red makes it more than clear that money went out of India due to the AI & tech boom. And it will come back when they run out of steam.
But I feel India must still rationalize the taxes.

Indian markets will have issues due to world wide crisis but here's the good news - India is shielded from this tech and AI bubble burst. The investors who left India for Korea, Taiwan, US, China for AI boom will return. But India should definitely rationalize the taxes, still!

Hello @SarvamAI,
I am 70, an oral cancer survivor since 2015. Cancer took away my God-given gift of speech. Today, my wife is my voice before doctors, banks and the outside world.
I have spent years communicating through written notes, often unread or unanswered. At cancer hospitals, I see countless patients struggling to express their suffering. Our pain is ours, but our voice has become someone else’s.
India has an estimated 1.99 million people with speech disabilities. For us, Text-to-Speech AI is not a convenience. It is our lost voice restored.
A doctor may not read my 100-word note, but could listen to it in under a minute.
Yet your per-character pricing makes regular use expensive.
Could @SarvamAI introduce an affordable, unlimited-use Divyangjan monthly subscription like other AI models like #ChatGPT #GeminiAI?
We are not asking for charity. We are asking for the dignity of speaking for ourselves.
Waiting for your reply so that I can subscribe this tool right away.

If this report is confirmed, it is absolutely vile.
Cyberattacks on life-saving medical infrastructure are about as sick as it gets.
Disrupting a business is one thing. Deliberately compromising the systems that help save human lives is another level of depravity.
This is sickening.

Tomorrow morning it will be a blood bath in NASDAQ. Some stocks may bleed red the way Reds have bled votes.
But the good news is Indian markets may benefit from the funds fleeing these AI boom markets in the coming months.
This is why I have been saying India needs to reduce the trading taxes a bit sooner. It will further incentivize the inflow.

India's economic rise is attracting attention across the globe, but its progress in poverty
reduction deserves an equally important place in international conversations.
According to the World Bank's October 2026 India Poverty & Equity Brief, the country recorded
one of the fastest declines in poverty globally across both monetary and non-monetary
dimensions.
The numbers are extraordinary.
Poverty at the $4.20/day threshold declined from 57.7% in 2011 to 16.1% in 2023.
Extreme poverty fell from 27.1% to just 2.6%.
And multidimensional poverty, as measured through OPHI's index, declined from 53.8% in
2005–06 to 16.4% in 2019–21.
Together, these indicators describe a country experiencing substantial improvements across
multiple measures of deprivation.
This progress is particularly significant considering India's enormous population and diverse economic conditions.
Economic growth is an important part of national development.
But the ability to reduce poverty at this scale is what makes India's experience truly significant on the global stage.

I'm not from Singapore, but I rode its metro and buses all week on my Indian credit card.
No metro card. No top-up.
Just tap in and tap out.
So why are banks fighting to be that card?
