Today, LEEF Brands announced that we have filed applications for DEA registration following recent federal cannabis rescheduling developments.
We believe rescheduling could fundamentally reshape the cannabis industry and create future opportunities for interstate commerce and international exports. To support this process, we are working with attorney Shane Pennington, Partner at Blank Rome and a leading expert in DEA licensing and regulatory strategy.
As our CEO, Micah Anderson, said: “For the first time in this industry’s history, federal policy is moving in a direction that makes what we do more valuable, not less.”
Over the past several years, we’ve built a low-cost vertically integrated platform designed for this moment, including large-scale cultivation at Salisbury Canyon Ranch and one of California’s highest-capacity extraction labs.

Fall harvest is underway at Salisbury Canyon Ranch!
We have 100 acres planted. That's roughly 76 football fields.
With over 60 strains in the ground, our harvest will run through our three extraction lines, producing hundreds of different fractions for California's leading brands to choose from.

Some of our favorite moments from Investor Day were the simplest ones. Sitting around the fire, sharing stories, making s'mores, and getting to know each other.
We even learned that @MorganPaxhia thought you were supposed to roast the entire s'more over the fire, graham cracker, chocolate, marshmallow and all. He may have been high lol.
We made a lot of great memories at Salisbury Canyon Ranch, but it's the connections that will stay with us.

Those experiences have deepened my appreciation for this country’s incredible diversity and its many communities and subcultures.
