Every day I understand @petecowengolf a little better and reflect on our conversations from my early days on @PGATOUR
Had a 5:30 am flight from IAH Houston, Tx. Heard on the news about the staffing shortages and long wait times so arrived at 2am. Had a work bag to check so got in line for ticket counter.
Counter didn’t open till 3:30 and moved well. Thought I was good.
Then the end of the security line was a 15 minute walk down into the subway system below the airport. Finally reach the back of the line around 4:05am. Minimum 2 hour wait to reach security.
No chance to make flight and rebooked. Luckily in no hurry and rebooking was easy.
Enjoyed having a catch up chat with @frank_nobilo and @mark_immelman while out at Pebble. Nice to get the grey matter working in a different way and still chewing on some of it.
Looking great Lads.

Congrats!! @KimKaufmanGolf
Kim Kaufman advanced to the final stage of LPGA Q-School one year after breast cancer diagnosis!
Last year she had to WD from the final stage.
So inspiring!

I keep reading and seeing people talk about the green speeds at oakmont being 14,15 and even 16 on the stimp.
This shows a clear lack of understanding on green speed and play speed. The slope of the greens at Oakmont is severe. Doesn’t allow for greens speeds that high.
USGA is quickly gaining on the Masters as one of the most challenging work sites for coaches.
PGA champ and The Open, who’s gonna challenge for that third spot?
PGA was excellent this year btw.
Gotta give this a try if you often practice alone and putt with a line on the ball. Best training aid I’ve seen for this particular student type.
Well done @jonhardestygolf
Quite enjoying @GateMateGolf new tool for improving green reading AND your start line / aim @KornFerryTour Arlington, Tx. Really cool training aid!

Ok, I can see the point that the US dollar bill is silly. However, when I can barely keep my pants up due to the weight from British coins after paying for a coffee, I think I’ll stick with the silly $1 bill. 😜😜

“I think #PLD is the ultimate marriage of falling in love with your putter, which is the art; and then the science, which we have all that horsepower in the fitting side.”

Nice!!
A tour-inspired model with a classic patina finish. This PLD Custom Prime Tyne is precision-milled from carbon steel with a deep AMP face, top rail line, and patina finish.

I hope they just cancel play for the day out of respect for the situation. #pgaofamerica make the right call. @PGA
Sad day. @JGstalker passed away today. Audrey was a dear friend and colleague that I lost touch with the last few years as my career took a turn.
She was integral in my growth as a coach in the early years of social media and can’t thank her enough for her influence on me.
