Despite losing to Boise State, Texas State QB Brad Johnson took a moment to find Boise State QB Maddux Madsen, who had left the game early due to an injury, and pray over him.
A powerful display of faith and sportsmanship.β€οΈβοΈ

Make no doubt after tonight.
Texas State can hold their own and deserve to compete in this league. Their fans should be proud.
Also, they should fill their stadium every week. Quality football happens in San Marcos

Dude, that rules. After a gut-wrenching loss for them, it appears Texas State's QB, Brad Jackson, is praying for Maddux Madsen.

TEXAS STATE BOISE STATE GAME OF THE YEAR
Thirty minutes to kickoff and the rain has arrived. Normally, I am celebrating the rain in San Marcos, but not tonight. Letβs go, @TXSTATEFOOTBALL. #BeatBoise πΎβοΈβοΈπ§οΈ
Many thanks to Matt Parish and @denalunsford09 (a member of the two-times waver club) for waving the @OMGFlag today. We havenβt missed a game in 2.5 years, but this might be the best placement ever. Great job representing @txst and @TXSTATEFOOTBALL, team!πΎβοΈπ³π΅
After our traditional road trip breakfast with @TXSTCHEER and @TXSTBoko, we saw a lot of @TxStateBobcats fans walking around Boise today. Itβs a great fall day with a soldout Halloween crowd waiting on us tonight. Letβs go, @TXSTATEFOOTBALL! #BeatBSU! πΎβοΈ
I used to teach a lot at Mountain Home @usairforce Base, so Iβve been to @CityOfBoise many times. Itβs a lovely area, and the downtown is particularly beautiful.
