Interesting how so often God has given the same land to more than one group of people ("We claim this land in the name of God!" and "God gave us this land!" (so we're justified and righteous in killing you). It's almost lethally mischievous; almost as if God (who, before creating anything knew everything that would ever happen as a result of that creation) it's almost as if God enjoys watching us kill each other.

You don't need nuclear weapons to have a world war, and there are many ways to destabilize nations you hope eventually to overcome militarily.
