Hey @conorpope, I DMed you on Instagram—please check my story about a recent @Ryanair incident. I was fined for a bag that weighed less but was deemed “not fit.” treated like criminal and even threatened couldn’t fly. Is this regulated? Has to stop. #ryanairrage
Haven’t been on here for a while but I’d love for the media to investigate about taking advantage and schemes for people to make money! Such as @RyanairPress explain why staff are on a commission to catch their loyal customers out. #ryanair
As a respectful customer my anger comes from being taken advantage of. As someone says you’re not made to win on these matters….just pay up! I think not. Big brands should think about loyalty and customers reviews.

Police brutality caught on camera in Manchester Airport, Terminal 2.
A police officer kicks a young man's head whilst he is lying on the floor and goes on to kick another person who is also seen in the video.
Allegedly the man's mother was pushed by policemen and the man fought back which escalated the situation.
Whatever it is.. this kind of brutality is completely unacceptable! We need answers.
