Call it Transmission without representation … ⚡
The Senate permitting bill would let FERC bureaucrats run power lines through your state over local objections. And a future Dem White House could stick red-state ratepayers with blue states' net-zero tab.
Tea Party, anyone?

(DAVID STEINBERG) ILHAN OMAR: THE CURIOUS CASE BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT
powerlineblog.com/archives/2…
Larry Elder retweeted
The records said she voted. His mother said she hadn’t.
In 2017, Nicholas Corrato questioned how his mother, Lucy, had been registered and recorded as voting absentee at St. Francis in Darby, Pennsylvania.
Lucy told him she hadn’t voted and no one had asked her about registering. Reporters found an “X” in place of her signature on registration and absentee-application forms.
Nicholas confronted the facility.
Would you know if voting records conflicted with your loved one’s account?
Ask questions. Check available records. Document discrepancies and report concerns through the proper channels.
Protect the person. Protect their choice.

MS NOW’s Chris Hayes: “You are not related to [your husband] at all? There’s not some weird kernel of truth that’s through some game of telephone?”
Ilhan Omar: “Not to my knowledge.”

If you have a parent, grandparent, or loved one in a nursing home or memory-care facility, know how voting is handled there.
Residents have the right to vote or decline to vote, and no one should register them or complete a ballot on their behalf without proper knowledge, consent, or authorization.
Vulnerable voters deserve the same thing every voter deserves: the ability to make their own decision.
The Election Integrity Network is warning families to pay attention when unscrupulous political groups enter residential care facilities to register residents or assist with ballots, especially when a resident may not fully understand what is happening.
A nursing home may not register a resident to vote without that person’s knowledge or consent or complete a mail-in ballot on their behalf without authorization.
When a resident’s legal or civil rights related to voting change, CMS expects the facility to notify the resident’s authorized representative.
Someone who needs help voting should be able to choose who assists them, and facilities should offer the option of help from an authorized representative.
New CMS guidance reinforces an important protection for nursing-home residents. A facility cannot register someone to vote without their knowledge and consent or complete
a mail-in ballot for them without authorization. If someone you love lives in long-term
care, ask management how these rules are being followed.
No political candidate, advocacy organization, or outside group should get special
treatment inside a nursing home.
Anyone helping residents register or vote has to follow
the law and respect each resident’s choices.
Families can help by asking who is coming into the facility and how voter assistance is being handled.
“Democrats in both chambers struggled to reconcile their die-hard opposition when 82% of Hispanic voters and 76% of Black voters support a photo ID requirement at the polls, according to a Pew Research Center survey last year.”

I’m old enough to remember when the Democrats told voters their top priority was “affordability.”
The Bulwark crew is absolutely ecstatic over the idea of investigations and prosecutions of Elon Musk.
Can barely contain themselves:
"He has a body count like a f*cking war criminal. We start with the US Congress and it ends at The Hague for Elon Musk."
"You've got $1 trillion, asshole. Start spending it on lawyers."
"You don't hate him nearly enough."
"There has been a series of meetings among House Democrats. Do you know what they're doing? Yes. They're carving up jurisdictions for who is going to Subpoena him to testify before which of them and for what."
"Get a townhouse, big guy. Got a lot of nice brownstones right there by Capitol Hill."
"Elon! You motherf*cker! You better pack a lunch cause your ass is gonna be living in the Capitol starting January of 2027."
"I feel like my guys, Robert Garcia and Jamie Raskin are f*cking ready. They're loaded for bear."
Same kind of people that've cried endlessly about the weaponization of justice are absolutely salivating over the idea of weaponizing justice against their political opposition.
Memory-care residents and others experiencing cognitive decline can be especially
vulnerable when someone else is helping with registration or voting.
Protecting their rights means making sure assistance never turns into someone else making the decision for them. Families should know what safeguards their loved one’s facility has in place.
“The white liberal differs from the white conservative only in one way: the liberal is more deceitful than the conservative.”
—Malcolm X, December 4, 1963
CNN's race obsession didn't emerge organically—it was manufactured by major media outlets through deliberate editorial choices. Media critic Batya Ungar-Sargon presented data during a live panel that left host Abby Phillip without answers.
The numbers are striking. The Washington Post and New York Times combined published "white supremacy" 75 times in 2010, then jumped to 700 times in 2020. NPR ran 2,400 mentions of related race-focused language that year alone. References to racial and white privilege surged 1,500 percent between 2013 and 2019. Sociologists have labeled this shift the "Great Awokening"—and it correlates directly with media editorial decisions, not actual worsening conditions in America.
This wasn't grassroots concern rising from communities. This was institutional media choosing to flood coverage with racial narratives, fundamentally reshaping national discourse. The data proves the media built the obsession.
