Like many leaders, Prabha Jha felt the weight of AI reshaping business operations. Instead of letting the uncertainty stall her, she asked how she could become part of it. She chose MIT xPRO's AI for Senior Executives, in part for its in-person component, which gave her time to connect with peers from different backgrounds. She describes the investment of time and money as one of the best decisions she made. The result: AI solutions for Verizon and The AI Anthology, a collection of insights to help leaders navigate AI. If you're weighing where to invest in your own learning, what would you want from the people in the room? Read the full story on MIT Learn: bit.ly/48zY6yK

Career paths don't always go straight up. Andrea Henshall, a retired Air Force major, was struggling in her first semester of graduate school at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). A mentor recommended MIT Open Course Ware. Between semesters, she studied linear algebra and gained the foundation she needed. Today, she's a PhD candidate in aeronautics and astronautics and mentors other military veterans making the transition to academia. Her path reminds us that sometimes the resources that matter most are free. Read more learner story on MIT Learn: bit.ly/4xCR0Ur
