What started as an effort to make validator infrastructure more accessible became a network of operators actively supporting @NEARProtocol.

Liquidity and allocation:
• The mpDAO/USDT AMM pool moves from Ethereum to NEAR.
• Estimated ~$4k/month to buyback-and-distribute.
• Estimated ~$4k/month to buyback-and-burn.
• Estimated ~$2k/month to buyback-and-burn locked positions.
Unchanged:
• The existing buyback-and-distribute program for active voters (as defined in MPIP-20 and continued by MPIP-24).
• The 250M scheduled burn proceeds as planned.
