Building pathways for the next generation with @HaasF1Team 🏁💥
Thank you to TGR Haas F1 Team for opening their doors to young people for a unique opportunity to explore their garage, meet the engineers, and learn about the exciting careers available in @F1 ❤️
We took talented local students behind-the-scenes at the @ScuderiaFerrari garage with @LewisHamilton at @COTA yesterday, giving them a first-hand look at the technology, teamwork and engineering behind @F1.
This was a chance for Lewis to get to know these Texan students, learn about their aspirations and introduce them to the exciting careers in motorsport.
Alongside our partners @girlstart and @BreakthroughCTX we are working to drive change around the world and inspire more young people to get into STEM.

🇺🇲🏎️ We’re back in Austin!
On Tuesday, we joined the brilliant young women of @girlstart for a Q&A with @ScuderiaFerrari @f1academy driver @racing_alba to learn about STEM careers in motorsport.
Alba shared her own journey into the industry, which wasn't a traditional route. It shows how much talent is out there that simply hasn't had the opportunity yet.
That's why we're so proud to partner with Girlstart. We need more ways for girls to experience motorsport early, and to show them real pathways to keep progressing, whether that's as drivers, engineers, mechanics, strategists or in any of the other careers behind the sport.
Thank you to the girls who asked such thoughtful questions. We hope to see some of you trackside one day! 🏁💜

Meet our new Motorsport Scholars! 🏎️✨
12 talented students. One shared mission: to build a career in @F1.
We’re proud to welcome the biggest cohort yet to our fully funded MSc Motorsport Scholarship programme.
The scholarship, delivered in partnership with @AFBE_UK, @DrivenByUs and @RAEngNews, provides aspiring engineers from underrepresented backgrounds with the financial, mentoring and career support they need to reach F1 and achieve their dreams.
The expanded programme builds on the legacy of The Hamilton Commission’s landmark report which aimed to address underrepresentation in UK motorsport.

Tomorrow’s engineers, scientists, and tech innovators deserve a seat at the table 💡
Too often, decisions about young people’s futures are made without them.
Mission 44’s Chiara De Luca and Deshni Pyndiah explore why philanthropy needs to move from designing solutions for young people to building them with young people.
Because shaping the future of STEM starts with listening to those who will lead it.

What does it really mean to give young people a meaningful role in shaping the decisions that affect them?
Mission 44 Youth Advisor Sandip joined us at Labour Party Conference in Liverpool - his first party conference - bringing his own experiences and perspective to conversations on AI, devolution, and community-led change.
His biggest takeaway? Meaningful youth voice has to go beyond representation. Young people need genuine opportunities to contribute, challenge ideas, and help shape what happens next.
In our latest blog, Sandip reflects on three days of conversations, the questions he’s taking away, and why young people shouldn’t be the exception when it comes to having a seat at the table.

What needs to change to better support young people’s mental health? For #YouthMentalHealthDay, we put this question to our Youth Advisors.
Their messages are clear: young people deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Today, and every day, we’re making space for their voices - and the changes they want to see 💛
