It’s really odd to me when people talk about cosleeping like it’s some weird terrible thing.
Like, no actually I love cuddling with my tiny babe who feels like my arms are the safest place in the world.
You don’t? That’s what’s weird.
If Covid taught me anything it’s to worry when they say to not worry, and to wonder what they are trying to distract me from when they say it’s time to worry.
Me, a middle aged millennial woman, now convincing myself each morning that I am hungry and I do want a protein rich breakfast.
Absolutely insane to me that it’s even possible to immigrate to a country knowing you’re going to sign up for welfare.

At 10 AM, US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld held a press conference and announced that the Pentagon has “lost track of” $2.3 trillion, which is “unaccounted for.”
He goes on to highlight a number of other glaring inefficiencies in the Department of Defense.
I don’t really understand the “look how cheaply I fed my family” posts… ok, so you got the absolute lowest quality meat you could find at Walmart and are flexing about it?
I feed my family grass fed local meat, organic fruits, veggies, make things from scratch and focus on th highest quality food we can source. I don’t know how much this plate costs, but I know it’s the most nutrient dense and healthy foods I can find for my family. Because their health matters.
We buy our meat in bulk and save money that way. But also, health is the absolute most important gift I can give my family.
And to me that’s a way bigger flex.
I got some of those high rise capri linen pants the cute girls are wearing. Asked my husband how they looked on me… he said they confused him and they were kind of kung fu looking.
So, I’ve got that going for me.
Ah yes, Loudoun County VA… where they hire a woman who thinks she’s a cat to *checks notes* help kids navigate mental health.
