Congratulations to Mason, Madden and Max for their 3rd place finish in Madrid’s 7/8th grade 3-on-3 tournament today! Madrid puts on a great day of hoops!

Boys made the trip to Ames today to play in the Ames High School Boys Shootout. We played three full 40-minute games and three two-minute overtime segments. We went 2-1 in games and 3-0 in the OT mini games. It was a very good day!

Thank you to Creston Boys Basketball for coming up to see us this afternoon. We scrimmaged for 90 minutes and we competed hard! Proud of the work and growth our guys have committed to so far this summer. We’re working hard this summer to make you proud this winter!

Thank you to Perry Boys Basketball for hosting us today. We took 11 of our squad up and battled! We’re working hard this summer to make you proud this winter! “Winter will always ask summer what you did to prepare, and it will never lie”.

Today a lot of our squad traveled to Johnston High School for an opportunity to play a few games. We squared up with West Central Valley and Dowling Catholic’s sophomore team and the boys got better! Very excited to keep working hard this summer to make you proud this winter.
