The @DeptofWar and the Intelligence Community are working closely together to ensure historic @POTUS disclosure directives on #UAP are implemented with seriousness and at speed. This waiver process is a critical component of the strategy.
RELEASE: Department of War Issues Legal Waiver to Authorize UAP Disclosures to PURSUE
"This waiver establishes an authorized, legally protected disclosure mechanism for current and former personnel to provide UAP-related National Defense Information (NDI) to designated representatives of the PURSUE effort.
Under this directive, all current and former DOW service members, civilian personnel, and contractors holding or previously granted access to UAP-related National Defense Information (NDI) are authorized to disclose protected information directly to official PURSUE representatives.
The waiver supersedes civil and administrative enforcement provisions contained within Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Special Access Program Indoctrination Agreements (SAPIAs) previously executed within the United States, strictly for communications directed to the PURSUE team."

We continue to honor the lives lost and the heroes who demonstrated extraordinary courage and resilience on September 11, 2001.
DNI Clayton appeared on @SpecialReport to reflect on the Intelligence Community’s role in keeping our nation safe and the lessons learned from that fateful day.
HONORING THE FALLEN: @BretBaier is joined on location by DNI Director Jay Clayton in the agency's memorial courtyard, featuring a permanent remembrance of the World Trade Center and the World Trade Center attacks. Clayton emphasizes that the intelligence community was born out of the lessons and gaps exposed on 9/11, serving as a daily motivation for analysts and officials. Highlighting that 100 million Americans have been born since 2001, Clayton notes that part of the agency's mission is ensuring the country never forgets the sacrifice of fallen intelligence officers.
For our officers, the lessons of 9/11 are a reminder to always be vigilant and to never forget why our work matters.
On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who responded, and the resilience of our nation. The Intelligence Community remains vigilant against emerging threats.
Today marks 22 years since the establishment of the National Counterterrorism Center. Happy birthday, @NCTC_Official!
Since its establishment in 2004, NCTC has served as the nation’s hub for analyzing, integrating, and sharing counterterrorism intelligence — fusing law enforcement and intelligence information to prevent and respond to terrorist threats at home and abroad.
Their mission remains clear: at the direction of @POTUS, NCTC works to disrupt terrorist threats wherever they emerge and to keep Americans safe.
Yesterday, @DepDNILukas delivered keynote remarks at #DoDIIS, arguing the IC can’t keep using rules built for a slower era. Adversaries are innovating at speed—so must we.
He discussed three priorities: accelerating AI under NSPM-11, implementing Zero Trust across IC networks, and the IARPA Solutions Marketplace that helps non-traditional innovators reach the mission without the usual barriers.
The core mission is unchanged: deliver timely, actionable intelligence to warfighters and policymakers. Everything else is about getting better at it—faster.

🇺🇸 Congratulations to DNI Clayton on his confirmation as the next Director of National Intelligence!
The men and women of the Intelligence Community stand ready to serve under his leadership, advance @POTUS’ national security priorities, confront the threats facing our country, and deliver the best intelligence possible to America’s leaders. The mission continues.

Achieving President Trump’s goal of sustainable peace through strength demands new players and better ways of doing business. To help realize that vision, @ODNIgov’s IARPA is creating paths for American private sector innovators to bring state-of-the-art solutions to tackle the IC’s toughest challenges. The IARPA Solutions Marketplace will enable delivery of novel capabilities to the IC, faster and at a lower cost. Read more from @IARPANews: iarpa.gov/newsroom/article/i…

Congratulations to Jay Clayton on his confirmation as 9th Director of National Intelligence.
President Trump has assembled a team committed to putting America’s national security first. I look forward to serving alongside DNI Clayton as we advance @POTUS’ mission and deliver for the American people.
Behind every great leader is often a quiet source of strength, and for DNI @TulsiGabbard, it's evident that's Abe.
Together, they brought heart, hope, and historic change to @ODNIgov. Though we'll miss seeing them around Liberty Crossing, we're grateful for the example they've set and the kindness they've shared. As Abe faces this battle, we join together in praying for his strength and recovery, and for DNI @TulsiGabbard as she stands by his side.
Clap in to Clap out.
Over the last 15 months, DNI @TulsiGabbard challenged the entrenched bureaucracy, fought for transparency, and never lost sight of who the Intelligence Community ultimately serves: the American people.
Aloha, Director. 🌺
🚨Lies. Disinformation. Censorship. That was Fauci's playbook.
On her final day as DNI, @TulsiGabbard is executing POTUS’ priorities and taking on the Deep State, delivering on @HawleyMO’s COVID Origins Act of 2023 and exposing the truth the American people were denied under the previous administration.
Today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I’m releasing never-before-seen communications and documents exposing how Dr. Fauci provided millions in US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab, worked with politicized elements within the Intelligence Community to suppress the truth about his actions and hide the virus’ lab-leak origins, and lied to Congress while under oath in 2024. It’s time you know the truth.
