Young Granite Staters showed UP yesterday. 🗳️ 5,000+ vote pledges. 100,000+ young people reached. 50,000+ conversations. Rides to the polls on every major campus. Whatever the results say, this movement is just getting started. Thank you @NHYouthMovement for powering it. 💪

Construction workers, abuelas, first-time voters — yesterday in Texas, they all showed up to the polls together. Workers Defense Project made sure of it. 🗳️ That's what organizing looks like. Find your People's Action affiliate: ppls.ac/affiliates

By voting for @JakeJohnsonMN in MN CD1, a majority of southern Minnesotans showed they believe the enemy is not each other; it’s the billionaires and corporations.

Cait’s mom was a postal worker for 48 years. Her dad was a construction worker, and her grandfather and great-grandfather worked in the Montrose brickyard. Cait's a veteran who was the first in her family to graduate from college. In January, she'll start her term in the House.

Working Mainers are sending one of their own to the Senate: A fifth-generation logger from Allagash and lifelong fighter for workers' rights. This is what a rejection of the billionaire agenda looks like.

I respect Sen. Schatz, but I 100% disagree with him here. Even if we win the midterms, Democrats have far to go to win back the trust of working people. If Democrats don't understand that, we will sleepwalk into President Vance 2028. No one in America thinks the status quo is working. Voters want fighters for higher paychecks and lower prices. Next year, Democrats must pass bills powerful enough to actually tackle the cost of living crisis and root out rampant corruption. We cannot be the party of nervous lawyers who just tinker around the edges. For more than a decade, Democrats have been known primarily as the anti-Trump Party. If we take back Congress, we have to show we're more than anti-Trump. That starts with cracking down on corporate greed to bring down the cost of health care, housing, child care, groceries, and gas. And it means doing oversight of both the Trump Administration and big corporations ripping people off. If Donald Trump chooses to veto our popular, pro-affordability policies, the fight is far from over. We'll run on them in 2028 and pass them in 2029.
.@SenBrianSchatz says that if Democrats take the Senate, the party's left wing needs to be strategic about not proposing things "that the president of the United States is guaranteed to veto." "If we want to be more aspirational, if we want to make more bold policy changes... that's for 2028."
