Ripe (The Band)

Hi y'all! We put out our third record Play the Game, we would absolutely love it if you listened! Thanks for being on this crazy ride with us! open.spotify.com/album/3ECPW…

Every time @NifMuhammad makes me tear up I feel the need to tell everyone to read his writing. This time it was him talking about Brian Wilson and the way he remembers people by their sounds. Happy almost new year!

Pilot just got the city I'm about to land in wrong and caused about 10 seconds of total bewildered chaos and I can't stop laughing

Hi all! Just popping in to share that @misterminsoo is a super exciting voice in music criticism, somehow made better by the balance between his writing and his job as a teacher. I say this perennially nervous that he'd think what we do is mid, but still. He rocks. Go look!

RIP D'Angelo. Just the greatest. Nothing more to say today. Gonna go listen and get lost in it again

I take long stretches away from contributing here cuz it all feels so bizarre, but I'm back for a little while 🙂 hope you've been doing well, thanks for listening to our music, that's still the biggest honor and privilege of my life!

Art reflects the relationship between the internal world of the artist and the external world they're creating towards (best embodied by the listener), meaning art steps into a dialogue about ideology/politics just by being art Ok what's everyone's favorite flavor of pop tart?

The Rehearsal doesn't miss. Nathan Fielder for President

Has a @Khruangbin and @kokorokomusic collab ever happened? Maybe a tour? I don't get to make the rules here but it just sounds like it would be total bliss for a whole night

Every hip person in LA looks like one of the schoolchildren in the original Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Heyyy @TreeHouseBrewCo thanks for spinning us, big fans of the beer and also impressed by what y'all have built out there!

We're so deep into tour and delirium has fully set in but it's the good kind! Syracuse coming up next, thank you to everyone that's come out and very pleasantly surprised us in each of these cities

Every few days I find out about something deeply 2025-Internetty and feel lucky to accidentally be mostly an old man with respect to that whole thing (minus this app 🫠🫠) (this time it was Polymarket)
