O senador Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) foi convencido a desistir de pedir na Justiça a anulação da eleição de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, menos de 24 horas depois de anunciar a iniciativa. Em conversas e reuniões nas últimas horas, aliados e advogados argumentaram que ele não deve insistir nesse caminho. Dois pontos pesaram: um a fragilidade jurídica da tentativa de anular a vitória de Lula, que inclui a falta de argumentos concretos e a configuração desfavorável a ele no TSE e no STF.
