When entering into an OTC agreement, isn't it standard practice to use a token vesting platform to enforce the agreed lock-up and distribution schedule?
I've been involved in hundreds of OTC deals over the years, and I've never encountered a situation like this, even before vesting platforms became widely adopted.
Also, if I understand correctly, the team should have already received USDT from the OTC counterparty in exchange for the tokens.
If the counterparty genuinely breached the agreement by selling those tokens on the open market, why not use the USDT you've already received to buy back the tokens?
For example:
Initial token unlock: 10%
USDT payment received: 100%
I don't know the exact discount or terms of your OTC agreement, but assuming the full payment was made upfront, you should have received more USDT than the market value of the tokens currently unlocked and sold.
