OPPORTUNITY: Researchers around the world are under fire simply for standing up for their work: publishing their findings in defiance of those who would prefer them to be silent.
The John Maddox Prize (worth $5000USD), supported this year by @royalsociety and @SenseAboutSci, is an international prize that champions researchers who have shown courage and resilience in standing by their work. There is an additional award, also worth $5000USD, for early-career researchers.
